She helped me booked my roundtrip train tickets from Kunming to Dali. And more. She is a very responsible & helpful individual. "Room is gorgeous. Staff are friendly. Have to mention the garden is fabulous, peacock, black swan, cranes habitat by the lake. Plants are well labeled like botanic garden. Top-notch dining, food and services are state level. In addition to authentic local cuisine fine-tuned with considerations to health, the seafood dishes are superb. Definitely we will choose the same hotel next time there."

"The airport express bus Line 2 stopped right in front of this hotel. The check-in and check-out process was friendly and efficient. My room on the top floor of the lower building was spacious and completely refurbished. I stayed for six nights and was very pleased with the value and location of this property. The restaurants and room service were also excellent? A word of caution: be prepared to communicate in basic Chinese."
