"Very charming place. Really nice view. Very good continental breakfast. Amazing staff. Sarah was so helpful and sweet and has an amazing energy. Anita has been one of the best massage therapist I have encountered.
Things that could improve is the maintenance. My bathroom and some part of the room had some chips on the wall's paint and the shower had a rust-like stain around the drain. For the SPA, it would be great to have someone explain to you the amenities if you payed to use them. And I...

"The Julian Inn is a quaint B&B. The room was small, but comfortable for a one night stay. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the history of the inn and town. In the evening we enjoyed playing games in the parlor. This is something we rarely do. The breakfast was tasty and they provided a gluten-free option for my husband that he enjoyed."

"Came across this place completely by accident. What a gem! Wild turkeys running across the field next to a charming little stream, and the rooms were super comfy. Really was such a beautiful, unexpected find. I will be back!"

"Disappointed with the lack of aesthetics at the pool and it was filthy. Lots of floating dead bees, mosquitos, and other insects. Also, the water spigot at our site was dispensing brown water. And our site had a sewer lid where you can smell the stench"
