"Our group of 6 loved the community room for playing games and watching The Academy Awards. Amazing view of lake. Our stay was enjoyable, during a snowstorm!We needed to retrieve a book behind the couch and found quite a bit of dust build-up, air vents had dust build up, and the refrig could use some cleaning—fyi for Management. We had a great time! Wonderful accommodations. "

"An absolutely lovely location for a long weekend in Lake City. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The check in process was quick and easy and communication with the owner was great. Even though it seemed that lots of guests were staying in the other units, the building was quite quiet. "Great property in a central location. We were right on Lake Pepin and roof top had great views. Kitchen was well stocked with quality cooking utensils. Beds were super comfortable. Only issue was our large SUV couldn’t get in the garage due to the tight parking lot but really didn’t rent the place for a garage. Would definitely stay again!"

"the room was great, would have been nice to have a Keurig style coffee maker so we could have had morning coffee, only 2 coffees for for 2 people for 2 days. the room is really bright in the morning not sure you could do much about that LOL we were very satisfied with our stay thanks!!"
