Escape to centrally located Lake Pepin Home is only one block away from the river. Be amazed at the beauty of the bluffs and the wide Mississippi that becomes Lake Pepin.

You will be within walking distance of local shops, restaurants and nearby Marina. Spend your time cruising out on the lake fishing or take a walk/bike out on the paved path one block from the home alongside the river. After a day of adventure, relax and have a BBQ in the backyard enjoying a night under the stars around the bonfire.

**The newest addition is the Finnish sauna in the back yard of the home. This 6 person sauna offers a luxurious and serene escape. The sauna is spacious with warm, rich cedar panels that create a soothing atmosphere, complimented by soft ambient lighting. The benches are designed for comfort allowing guests to fully stretch out with ease. Adjacent to the sauna is a well-appointed changing room, featuring ample storage for belongings and comfortable seating. The changing room is designed with privacy in mind, offering a tranquil space to prepare for or unwind after a sauna session. With it's blend of comfort, privacy and a calming aesthetic, this Sauna setup is ideal for groups or individuals looking to recharge during their stay.

This Pepin Lake House consist of 3 beds and 1.5 baths near the beautiful Mississippi. The home has an open floor plan with tall ceilings. 2 of the bedrooms consist of queen beds and closets. The third bedroom doubles as a second bedroom/game room. It has a pull-out King and a trundle with 2 twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor.

The kitchen is fully prepped for any meal you plan to prepare or bake. The kitchen table is extendable for larger or smaller parties. The living room is equipped with a smart TV for watching movies, listening to music, or simply hanging out and enjoying quality time with your loved ones. There are available games to keep you entertained while inside. Fast internet speeds will keep up with whatever workload you have.

A designated office is perfect for remote work or just a quiet place to read, hang out or relax. There are 2 desks, one with a computer setup, the other with a mirror and lighting great for makeup application for any special events, weddings, gatherings, etc.

The outdoor areas include the front porch and backyard. Enjoy the serene vibe of the front porch which receives the most sun throughout the day where you'll be able to view the nearby marina. The backyard includes a deck with a BBQ pit and patio set to enjoy the outdoors. There is also a bonfire pit with plenty of chairs for all to sit around and enjoy the fire.

There are 2 parking spots in the driveway and plenty of street parking. The Lake City Marina is 1 block away from the home and offers free boat and trailer parking for our convenience.
