"Everything was amazing."

"O quarto excelente, muito espaçoso, limpo e bem organizado. Bom café da manhã."

"I would recommend this hotel. "

"It seemed clean enough. The next morning I woke up with itchy bites all over me that after further research appear to be bed bug bites. No one is at the property full time, you have to call someone to come. After I researched the bites Expedia reached out to the property owner. They never received a response and proceeded to give me the contact info and I never received a response either. Ended up doing a charge back on credit card and it was issued without anyone contesting it."

"The hotel looked like it had recently been renovated. Everything was clean and tidy. I did not like the fact that the in room refrigerator did NOT have a freezer compartment to freeze our ice pack for the cooler we took into the mtns daily. The breakfast was great very similar to what we had last year in Houghton/Hancock MI. Great way to start the day. The front desk person we saw when we checked in was not as helpful as she could be. "Excelente"

Destaque positivo: estacionamento e self-checkin."

"Tudo correu muito bem. Hotel novo com equipe preparada e serviços perfeitos. "

"Probably the best hotel in Burlington area. Really surprised me. "

"Close to airport"

"Helpful staff, great offerings for breakfast, well maintained property. Really liked having cold water available in the lobby as well as coffee and tea."

"Stayed here with my daughter on a mother/daughter trip. House was beautiful, staff was super helpful on recommendations in the area and our room was fantastic. We stayed in the Forever Tomgirl room which had a fireplace that was an added bonus in chilly nights. I would definitely stay here again."
