ABSOLUTE BEACH FRONT . Beach access straight from the backyard. Magnificent views. Wake up to spectacular sunrises, relax and unwind with ocean views and sounds. Comfortable house with ducted airco, ceiling fans, Nespreso coffee machine and free WIFI. Unspoilt beach, great surfing, paddling, fishing, hiking, all at your doorstep. Mountain bike trails, wineries all within easy reach. Located at Middle Rock Beach, a pet friendly unleashed beach. Pets on request only, just chat to us.


LAYOUT AND BEDDING
Middle Rock Beach House is a two story house that easily caters to couples or multiple families, in total 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

1x Futon (children size, approx. 170 length, sleeps 1 small size adult or two small children)

1 Bedroom with 2x doubles, 1x single and 1x futon. Please note this bedroom does not have a door, it is half open. Great space for children.
Upstairs lounge and kitchenette off the master bedroom, with sofa, TV and daybed to take in the mesmerising ocean views.

THE SPACE
You will instantly fall in love with this Hamptons style beach house and its magnificent location. All of today's conveniences are abound like quality kitchen wares, decent pots and pans, electric cooktop, coffee machine, free WIFI. Your beds are spread with fresh linen, towels are provided and the pantry is well stocked pantry with the basics and more for a care free stay. You will find a fully functioning house with proper furniture.

Fishing rods, 4x push bikes, 2x boogie boards are available in the garage for use at your own risk.

PARKING
Driveway parking and free street parking. Plenty of room for boats or trailers. The garage is accessible to guests and is used for storage of outdoor equipment.

PET FRIENDLY WITH PRE-APPROVAL ONLY
Pets are allowed with pre-approval from the property manager only, as a courtesy to the property owner please chat to us about your needs and type of pet, so we can assess the suitability. Well behaved, mature, non-shedding small dogs and outdoor dogs preferred. Dogs to be kept downstairs, and are not allowed on beds and lounges. Please note that the backyard and front yard are NOT fully fenced. The backyard adjoins the beach and the front yard opens up to the street. Middle Rock beach is a dog friendly beach where dogs can roam and run around freely, unleashed.

The house was very nice and presented just as it appears in the ad. It as very well set up to make it comfortable and it had a rotating pantry stocked with staples for convenient use. The location was brilliant as it backed onto the beach which was great for us and our little dog to explore, run on and enjoy. The aspect was lovely - especially from the top deck where the ocean beach could be viewed. We loved it.

We loved staying at Middle Rock Beach House and will definitely go back. The location is right on the beach and the beach is long and spectacular, perfect for long walks, swimming, boogie boarding and spectacular sun rises. The view was spectacular.The house was well appointed and suited our family well. There are two living areas and a kitchen and kitchenette. The kitchen is large and very functional and there is ample crockery, cutlery and a pantry with staples such as sauce, vinegar, oil, pepper and salt (and more).Bedroom layouts are exactly as described and pictured.ABout 15 minutes to Port Macquarie, and 3 minutes to a large Woolworths, bakery and other convenience stores. Fabulous holiday house, location ,and experience. Thank you.

Great location. Immaculately maintained property with every little thing thought of. Watch the ocean from the big picture windows at the back. BUT downstairs kitchen and living room are totally open to whoever wanders by, or curious next door neighbors. Big floor-to-ceiling windows that are complete open to the neighborhood. No blinds; no drapes; no curtains, no old newspapers - nothing; nada; zero covers the windows. Donā€™t plan to go to the loo during the night unless you get dressed or are prepared to show off your body to any curious passers-by. The overall property is outstanding but be prepared to be in a fishbowl especially at night.

This is a beautiful property with direct ocean views and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the quiet area and room to spread out with two spacious patios up and down stairs. The home is decorated to reflect a beach feel and very well stocked for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic property - exactly as advertised. Very well equipped, which is very much appreciated and reflects the original values of Stayz and similar companies. A stone's throw from the beach and an easy walk down to the Lake Cathie inlet, which our toddler loved. We enjoyed eating on the back deck and listening to the sounds of the ocean as we fell asleep at night. We would very much recommend this property and hope to be back soon!

We, five friends of mid fiftiesšŸ˜€, was planning to have a break from hard work and was looking for a beachfront Holliday accomodation. We found all the ticks we were looking for in this property. Nice and clean inside, relaxing living areas, few meters walking to the beach, all necessary amenities are very handy and convenient. Our overall staying experience was excellent . Highly recommend.
