"This is not a great place to stay. The owners have clearly failed to invest in upkeep and amenities. On arrival we found water pouring through the ceiling in the arrival area - in two different places! - because the laundry room upstairs had flooded. You had to slosh through water to get to the elevators. Throughout the property wallpaper was peeling, paint was scuffed, elevators were glacially slow, lighting was mediocre, the room cards repeatedly needed re-keying, the fitness room was minimal,...

"Great staff. Restaurant and bar has fantastic food and drinks open which is open for breakfast and dinner. Rooms are nice clean 100% would stay here again."

"This hotel was comically awful. The shower head was black taped on & missing half of it. The vent in the bathroom had no cover on it. The beds were horrible as the bases must’ve been broken. When you moved the beds squeaked. We had to shove the door open when trying to get into the room. The staff individual that checked us in was the only highlight of the entire property. This should’ve been about a $5 night stay. The absolute worst hotel we’ve ever stayed."

"From the worn-out carpeted hallways to the musty smell in the room, it all points to a hotel in dire need of a major update. The breakfast is extremely limited, even by american standards, and it ends at 9 a.m. (I arrived a minute late and didn't get it, believe it or not)... plus the unjustified deposit fee... in short, a terrible experience."
