"The staff was very hard-working and courteous. Has issues with the door lock and TV problems that were not resolved. Carpeting looked worn and needs to be replaced. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff worked hard to please everyone. The young lady who checked me in was very courteous and even got me a room close to the elevator when she saw my foot in a walking boot. Just needs some work done on the rooms."

"All the staff we met were great. From the very sweet lady at the front desk when we checked in (gave us some cupcakes), the lady and gentlemen that cleaned up my mess when I spilled a cup of coffee and the maintenance man that brought us a luggage rack and got our room changed when the air conditioner wouldn't work. All were super!"

"The room Had mold in it, there were stains on the chair. The air conditioner didn’t work. The shampoo and conditioner bottles that were provided were empty. The breakfast that was promoted was actually furthest from it. Not only that Expedia says that pool is open and it’s actually closed. It’s used for extended stay and you need to make sure you lock your car doors. Lastly there is an extreme odor in the rooms."

"The beds are terrible. They are on a metal. Frame so every time you would move it sounds .like someone hitting a metal dumpster The mattress were not very comfortable and the room had an order when we arrived. Had to air out the room. We will NEVER stay here again. And whe we checked out at 7;15 am. The door to the office was locked "

"Multiple broken down vehicles in the parking lot. Front desk staff acted unprofessional on multiple instances. One of the long term guests has cats, and the odor of cat urine pervades adjoining rooms"

"It was sub par for a hotel wasn't the cleanest but its older so can't expect much. Very overpriced for the uncomfortable beds and pillows also this is our second time staying that someone walked in before the checkout time first time was housekeeping second time im not sure who it was. Won't be back if we don't have to be."
