Welcome to Timberlake Chalet, thoughtfully designed to offer an elevated escape surrounded by natural beauty. Blending modern comfort with warm charm, this authentic mountain retreat is the ideal backdrop to reconnect & disconnect.
Every detail has been carefully considered to embody the luxurious and effortlessly comfortable. From cozy evenings socializing around the hand carved bar to quiet moments soaking in the copper clawfoot tub, the Chalet offers the rare opportunity to reset & rebalance.

Inside, the chalet features beautifully curated spaces, refined finishes, and inviting gathering areas that create a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. Large, open living areas make it easy to spend quality time together—whether enjoying a slow morning, sharing meals, or unwinding after a day of exploring.

Outside bask in nature on either of the two decks perched in the middle of the treetops. The comfy outdoor furniture combined with the warm glow of the fire pit, make this space a sanctuary to savor.

Lake Arrowhead is approximately a 20 minute walk where you can access the lake trail.
The age minimum is 25 (families with kids welcome).

To make it more affordable for smaller groups, an extra guest fee of $12 per guest per night applies after 2 people.


A BBQ is provided at the house, however, please be aware that we do not refill propane. We will reimburse you if you need to fill the propane. If you will arrive late, local stores may be closed or if it`s a holiday may run out of propane so it is advised to bring your own propane tank. if you plan to use the BBQ on the day of arrival.

For 28+ night stays, please inquire first (not instant book); the following deposits apply:

Refundable damage deposit is $100
Refundable cleaning deposit is $350

45-day cancellation policy and for shortened stays
Although we love puppies, we cannot accept dogs under 1 year old.

Note: The cleaning fee for 28+ night stays is higher than the short-term cleaning fee in the listing.

For stays 28 nights or longer, the cleaning fee is $280. The difference between this fee and the initial cleaning fee paid upon booking will be collected along with the deposits before check-in.

Immediately after booking you will receive our short rental agreement to review and accept.

For your convenience in cleaning up any messes or spills we provide handiwipes and bar rags as an eco-friendly alternative to paper towels. We also provide Swedish dish cloths instead of sponges. There is a sign in the house explaining the benefits, however if you prefer paper towels or sponges during your stay feel free to bring them. We want to prepare you the best we can for an exceptional stay with us.

PETS: We are happy to announce our Happy Paws Community Program to help local animal shelters re-home and save the lives of animals.

We donate 25% of pet fees to a local shelter/animal rescue. We are also launching our Happy Paws promotion for pet parents who help us get the word out about the program.
To participate, follow the wick and easy steps in the guidebook under “Pet Parents” to post a picture of you and your furry family member. The picture must be posted before check-out and make sure to tag us. The refund will be provided back to you within 5 days of check-out.

The Short Term Pet discounted fee for non-shedding dogs is $25 per night per pet If your dog is on the list we will need a picture of you and your pet(s) (together) submitted prior to check-in day.
The Short Term regular Pet fee for other dogs or approved pets is $50 per night per pet.

The Long Term Pet fee (28+ nights or longer) is $150 per dog per month. For non-shedding pets on the list the monthly fee is $95 per month.

There is a refundable pet deposit if more than 2 approved pets of $500.
