The Space: Enjoy plentiful outdoor seating on the spacious multi-level deck as you listen to the sounds of tranquil Willow Creek, soaking in the abundant California sunshine and forested surroundings. Away from the home, set out on a scenic hike or backpacking trip or take a leisurely tour on a riverboat. Lake Arrowhead Village, 10 minutes away, is historic and diverse, offering a mix of dozens of waterfront shops, stores, and restaurants. In the winter months, you’ll be in close proximity to skiing, snowboarding, ice-skating, snow tubing, and virtually every other snow-themed activity you can think of. This location is truly all-seasons, offering the best the San Bernardino Mountains has to offer!
Indoors, this fully remodeled home is a case study in modern class and style, perfectly blending comfortable furnishings with sophisticated décor. Wood-paneled, vaulted ceilings in the living room are accented with picture windows illuminating the space in natural light. This home sleeps up to 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms: - Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/soaking tub combo. - Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed and smart TV. - Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin-over-twin bunkbeds. - Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.
The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE: - Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund. - You must be 21 or older to reserve this property. Individuals under the age of 21 who book this home may have their reservations canceled or interrupted without the option of a refund. - There is an AC unit, which is rare in this location! - To ensure compliance with local county regulations, every individual, regardless of age (including infants and children), is included in the total occupancy count. Reservations exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy for this property cannot be accepted. - No pets allowed. - Washer and dryer in home. - Parking available for 3 vehicles – 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. Garage parking can accommodate compact vehicles only. Street parking is strictly prohibited. - This home is equipped with a Nest doorbell monitoring the front door. - Street-level entry. - Central AC provided for warm months, a rarity in mountain homes, along with central heating. - The house features two Tesla battery backups, ensuring power reliability during severe weather or outages. - The home is equipped with a security camera on the front door, angled to the front door.

This location is also ideal for its close proximity to nearby mountain resorts with thrilling ski runs in the winter and serviced mountain biking and scenic hiking in the summer. Snow Valley Mountain Resort is a half-hour away with trails for every level and the only chairlift sledding area in Southern California. Just 15 minutes away, enjoy the fun and entertainment at SkyPark at Santa’s Village. Around the holidays, this property transforms into a nostalgic Old-World Christmas in the woods with shopping, dining, and outdoor activities like ice skating. Santa can be found here year-round, even in the summer when professionally designed bike trails and zip lines are a main attraction.
For stays of 28 days or more a mid-stay clean is mandatory and the fee is $170.
