The lodge provided a great retreat for our group of 8 adults, 2 infants and 2 dogs. The common spaces were a little tight for all of us to gather in them at once, but there were multiple throughout the house for us to spread out and enjoy the stunning lake views and all the amenities in the house. One of the highlights for us was spending an afternoon enjoying lunch at the private dock. We spent every morning enjoying the views from the balcony, and evenings around the fire pit/fireplaces (all gas) or in the hot tub. The primary bedroom is massive, while the other three rooms are significantly smaller but still comfortable. The kitchen is also small but well-appointed, with a nice island, an impressive range, and a roomy fridge and pantry. There is plenty of parking in the garage and driveway. While the house was a little tighter than we anticipated, it ultimately worked out well and we all remarked how we did not want to leave - we very much enjoyed our multi-family getaway.
