Make memories at this unique dog friendly home- Woodhaven West. Our spacious cabin has 5,200 sq ft of living space & 15,000 square foot lot, walking distance to the lake. Enchanted wooded, enclosed backyard with a real running stream that kids love to explore. Two large patios - 1 w/ a gas bbq; 1 w/ a fire pit/seating. Flat driveway & level home entrance (no stairs to climb up/down upon arrival w/ luggage!). Main level: master bdroom w/ en suite bathroom. 3 bd / 3 ba in lower level. Short drive to the famous Lake Arrowhead Village w/ lake front restaurants/shops. Close to Sky Park @ Santa’s Village, Lake Gregory for boating, fishing, swimming, hiking and more. If you want to head up the hill to Big Bear for a day trip it’s also an easy drive and only about 20 miles away.

The entire home (all 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms), large backyard with Adirondack chairs & swings, 2 car garage & 3-car driveway (with basketball hoop!) is open to guests (with the exception of one owners closet & the bottom floor utility closet). Fully stocked kitchen. Two large patios have plenty of space for different activities…eating, drinking, yoga, watching the Blue Jays etc. Lake passes available for guests to access lake trails.
Other things to note
Woodhaven West has fun activities for the whole group…a swing set in the back yard for kids, Adirondack chairs near by to sit under the trees, a basketball hoop in the front, ping pong table and magnetic darts, several board games for the family, a gas bbq for grilling and a fire pit with surround seating to roast marshmallows and make s’mores. Then when you need to relax, lay on the hammock to take a quiet nap while listening to the birds...
It also has a whole house back-up generator in case the power in Lake Arrowhead goes out (which isn’t uncommon). Our power is restored within seconds. In many homes you will be left without power for hours until the utility company turns it back on (not fun!).
