After full days of lake fun or hiking with the family dogs, settle down a bit and chill out next to the wood-burning fireplace as smells of a home-cooked meal waft in from the full kitchen. Culinarily-inclined guests will have no trouble feeling right at home with a gas range and stainless steel appliances to help you prepare meals with ease. Come summer, the back deck will be just the place to sip a refreshing cocktail in bliss as the sun dips behind the treetops, yet you can also stay inside and use the free WiFi to stream your favorite movies on the TV. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
