New Year’s Trip
The place was beautiful. It was a short stay but I enjoyed every second of it. I even got to see some fireworks over the lake New Year’s Eve! Highly recommend!

Quiet house, really nice stay, but a little dated
Very comfortable house, lots of space. They don't supply sheets or towels without a fee so bring your own (this info isn't very clear in the listing). Mattresses are somewhat old but the master bedroom bed is OK. Decent view of the lake but it's a steep walk to get down there. Very quiet location. Lots of deer! Responsive host. Really nice sun room and deck. Very calming atmosphere. Comfortable couches and chairs. Tons of kitchen tools but all were fairly old, but still functional.

Perfect Setting
Nice quite wood setting. You are in a nice calm cove, we kayaked and paddle boarded from the beach. You can drive down and unload, within 25 yards of the beach. We kept them there at the beach the entire week. Perfect 4th of July week!

Wonderful lake home
Well-maintained home, beautiful views down to the lake, and a nice outdoor area with a fire pit, which our group thoroughly enjoyed. Easy communication with the hosts who were extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend to others!

Friend Getaway
It was a perfect place for us to get away, relax, and connect! There were great outdoor places at the house to lounge and eat meals. The house was a close drive places to hike and dairy farm icecream!

Adoroable home :)
Great place for a family getaway. We had fun sitting around the fire pit telling ghost stories, roasting marshmellows and playing truth or dare :) Beauitiful kitchen, porch and view!

Cozy and Magical
We had an absolutely memorable weekend in your home. It was so cozy and the perfect location to cook With family, sit in the enclosed porch looking at the lake. I absolutely loved everything about this property. We look forward to coming back and creating more memories. I am forever grateful.

3 generation getaway
This was a great cozy weekend get away for myself, husband our youngest son and my parents. While our other children are off at college this was a perfect location to spend quality time with our youngest. I love being able to cook home made food and the kitchen was amply supplied with utensils and cookware. I was delighted to find a waffle maker! We loved making s'mores on the fire out side while taking in a view of the lake.

My wife and I really enjoyed our weekend get away at the Lorenzo's lake house. The home was clean and surpassed our expectations. Joe and Patricia were friendly and replied quickly to txt messages providing information that made our stay more pleasurable such as recommendations on restaurants.

Wonderful Gettaway!
This is a very comfy cozy home on the beautiful lake Wallenpaupack. (Yes I can now spell it but still can’t pronounce it) The owners have literally everything you will need as far as kitchen items! The appliances are all modern. The hosts are so responsive and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is updated mattresses for the beds. We loved the area and had a great time!

A great family getaway
The lake house was a perfect way to spend our last few weeks of summer. Me, my husband and toddlers went swimming in the lake, visited the nearby “Claws and Paws” animal attraction, took a pontoon ride tour on the lake, had ice cream, BBQ and overall just enjoyed being outside unplugged! My son loved looking for the baby frogs and chipmunks. My husband and I sat by the fire every night after the kiddos went to sleep. The deck lights were a great touch. The house was very accommodating and was perfect for our needs. We hope to come back in the fall.

It was Fantastic!
The property was beautiful and clean. The view from the back deck was phenomenal. I would take being at the Lake any day over the beach. The host was great and responsive. I was a little hesitant in someone else's home with my kids but we quickly adapted. They had plenty of things for us to do on our rainy days too. So with Mom and Dad happy as well as the kids I think it worked out great. Thank You Again for Opening your home up to us.

Great family getaway
Good view of the lake from the kitchen and deck. There was a huge fire pit with plenty of firewood available, perfect for making s’mores. Ceiling fans and plenty of portable fans kept it cool enough even on the hottest of days. Plenty of seating around the dining room table and outdoors as well. Wi-fi signal was strong and nice to have. Quiet and tranquil setting with wildlife including deer that came to visit almost daily and hummingbirds. The path to the lake was a little steep but it was situated in a safe cove area perfect for taking a dip. Would love to see updated beds and a pancake griddle but all in all we had a wonderful time. Hope to visit again next year!

We love hosting extended and intergenerational families. Thank you so much for watering the flowers! We frequently incorporate guest suggestions to make future guests more comfortable. We will add a pancake griddle to our current waffle iron and many other kitchen accessories. We do agree a bunk bed and futon are not ideal for “grandma and grandpa”. The registration process was clunky. We were the additional guests and had diffuculty accessing / understanding the digital platform. There was no direct communication so we never really knew who had access to - we didnt even know if there was a property manager, owner, etc. It wasnt clear when we cked in exactly, we just texted the # we were given. Directions to access the keys was precise.

Family Getaway

Quiet lake retreat
This is a lovely house in a very quiet wooded area. Lots of wildlife to watch. The lake is great for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking (we brought our own). The house is very clean and comfy with great outdoor seating areas on the deck. The owner was quick to text me back when I had questions.

Great home, great hosts, serene setting!
Cozy and modern! This home has everything you need for a peaceful and fun getaway. Every area, both inside and out, is set up perfectly to enjoy the beautiful lake view and natural setting. Super fire pit setup. The inside is spacious and the kids (12 year old boy, 6 yo girl) enjoyed their bedrooms. Stove, oven and kitchen were clean and easy for simple meals. Lots of nice surprises, too - plenty of games, skylights in the living room, fairy/party lights outside. This is a very convenient location to reach many activities and a great place to be if the weather is bad, which it was for one day of our stay, or to just relax. Our hosts were very accommodating and available, but we had everything we needed from the start!

Great stay!
The property owners were easy to communicate with and very friendly. The home was cozy and we got to see some wildlife! We got to swim in the lake and grill. Everything we needed and we were seeking for was there. The fire pit was very nice and we got to enjoy s’mores and campfire stories. The beds were comfortable and owner provided a lot of candles to make the home feel warm and smell great. Thinking about booking for the fall!!

Great affordable stay
Hard to beat for the location and price. The wood burning stove to me was ideal as the center piece and gives off a rustic vibe, but without sacrificing modern conveniences! Great deck and outdoor area for entertaining. Owners were very responsive for any questions and gave a few recommendations, which is always appreciated when going to a new area.

Great Winter Trip

Great escape
We enjoyed an escape girls weekend at the cabin. It had wonderful views of the lake and made you feel like you were in your grandmothers cabin which was a nice experience. We enjoyed the fireplace and taking walks.

Hopefully your Grandma’s cabin had high speed Wi-Fi, wireless Bose sound system, Echo Dot, fire stick flatscreen internet TV(2). This wonderful home was so clean and welcoming. We had some trouble getting their and the host helped us find it so fast. Cozy lake house
We stayed at Patrica and Joseph's place by the lake with our 2 year old son and loved it! It was a very quiet location by the water, near a bunch of great activities and full of beautiful fall foliage. Patricia and Joseph were so responsive and helpful, we would absolutely stay here again!

Girl's Weekend
The property is warm and welcoming. There isn't any air conditioning, but the house stayed cool and comfortable even with the intense heat. Although it would have been nice to have chair pads for the wrought iron furniture, the outdoor space is excellent. We enjoyed sitting out on the decks, taking in the beautiful views and sounds of nature. The property owner was easily accessible by text. We enjoyed our stay.

Looking to escape from all electronics
It was impossible to operate the TV. Unable to connect to wifi/outfitted TV. And there is NO air conditioning. Thankfully some rooms had ceiling fans. The weather was gorgeous and the family gathering was the best. Overall the the view was amazing.

High Speed Wi-Fi, cableless TV, Echo Dot, Bose and soundbar, are all amenities/technologies our WFH guests have enjoyed over the past 15 months. We encourage our guests to reach out to us if they need technical assistance. Providing flexible check-in/out and the surprize gift of flowers, candy and birthday balloon is our way of showing hospitality.
