- All Bookings must agree to and sign a rental agreement prior to arriving at my home.

- Please send valid IDs and name, age, address and relationship to primary renter of all the guests and license plates of all the vehicles be sent to me via message so I can register you with the Hideout POA.

- Price is for guests up to 6, additional guests are $20/person/night. Exterior camera footage will be reviewed upon check-in to ensure proper guest count. Extra guest fee will be double if footage shows more people than booked.

Community Fees will be sent as a resolution adjustment depending on the number of nights booked. Fees vary between $100-$155. Guest will be required to remit fees when Rental agreement is signed.

- Your reservation will include 9 guests passes for community amenities, if more are needed they can be purchases directly from The Hideout POA office.

-Any lost community passes will incur a $50 fee.

- Kids under 7 years of age will not need a pass.

- Do not block, disable or otherwise tamper with the video doorbell, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors and internet devices. Doing so will result in loss of part or all of security deposit and/or immediate eviction.

- No firearms/weapons.



This Charming cozy house in the Pocono Mountains is in a 5 star gated community known as " The Hideout". The home is 4 bedroom, 2 bath with a deck in the front as well the back of the house with out door dining on the deck. Includes backyard space with propane firepit as well as wood burning fire pit. Pool table, shuffle board, corn hole game are located downstairs. Kids bedroom with bunk beds has 3 Arcade games, bubble hockey and board games. Bunk bed room also has a sleeper couch. All 4 bedrooms have roku TV. The fully stocked kitchen has all the appliances including dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens & towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, hangers, trash bags & paper towels.

As part of The Hideout, guests will have access to a ski slope, private golf course, 2 pools, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, a member's only restaurant, 5 lakes ,ski hill ,tiki bar, Arcade and much more!
