The quintessential dog friendly Lake Wallenpaupack getaway! Cozy blue cabin close to the lake! This is a lake view cabin that is a very short walk to the lake.

Central air and heat, beautiful original stone fireplace, outdoor deck, fire pit, and plenty of room for corn hole!!

The town is Lake Ariel, and the lake it is on is Lake Wallenpaupack. It is a Lake View home that's a short walk to the lake area ( I would estimate around 200 feet to get to the lake/launch area). It has a community beach area where you can hang out at the lake, launch kayaks, fish, etc.

Close to many restaurants around the lake area. Perfect getaway cabin!

Peace by the lake

We stayed for two weeks in this quaint home. The first week was characterized by rain, rain, rain, but we needed rest, rest, rest, so we made a fire (it was actually chilly) and ventured out only for food. The area food choices are AWESOME! If you drew a 20 mile circle around the area, youā€™d be amazed at the quality of food choices available. We hiked in the area, visited Bushkill Falls, and met kind folks all over the area. We had a very nice time.

Great cabin and location! We had so much fun there. Great place to hangout and relax. Nice firepit, big deck, big windows inside that let in beautiful light that filters through the leaves on the trees.

Perfect weekend getaway

I gifted this stay to my husband and son for our sonā€™s high school graduation. Fishing, kayaking, boating, and bonding. They had a great time. Jack is wonderful to work with and very responsive. House is clean and can fit a small or larger crew, depending on your needs. Husband and son said they hope to return!

Beautiful Setting

We stayed for a few nights and it was all great. Property is seculed but easy access to all businesses and restaurants in Lake W. Host was super responsive and provided enough pre check in information that we had nothing to ask. Perfect getaway.

Great little get away!

This house was perfect for a quick weekend! There is a small beach by the lake thatā€™s nice for a walk/morning coffee. Itā€™s not a touristy area at all so itā€™s quiet and peaceful. I would say if youā€™re looking to be isolated itā€™s not necessarily for you, as it is in a community of houses, but if that doesnā€™t bother you itā€™s definitely still a great location! The host is extremely helpful and friendly. I had asked if there were board games and he literally went and bought some haha! GREAT place for dogs! The house itself has everything you need and the grocery store is maybe 15 minutes away. There are great trails nearby as well. I am pregnant so we spent our ā€œbaby moonā€ here and it was literally perfect :)

Snow storm at the lake

It snowed, but community delt with it quick and it did not impact our. Very clean, warm and cozy. Good communication, did not need anything. Love the lake, and fire place.

Lake Weekend Getaway

We wanted a place to get away for the weekend that was pet friendly and immersed in fall foliage. The Blue House was the absolute perfect match! Jack was responsive and the whole process was so smooth. We were very fortunate with perfect weather - got to enjoy the lake, nearby trails and the fire pit at night. The neighborhood was quiet and it was such a peaceful weekend disconnecting. Would book again and highly recommend for anyone looking for a lake retreat!

Beautiful Area

We loved our stay in this cabin. It was in a very beautiful and very quiet area. There were a lot of things to do within a short drive. Fall was the perfect time to stay with all the trees changing colors and a nice chill in the air.

Little Blue Cabin!

Second year for us!

The house is always so clean and everything is easy to access. There is a short walk to a small beach area where we spend a lot of time. We rented a boat again this year and we all had a great time! The house is a great size and we loved it!
