"My experience with this property was horrible. The check-in stated 3pm but was told by a grumpy receptionist with no professionalism that my room wouldn't be ready for another hour. And if we had a problem to find another motel. The elevator smelt like dog piss with kids running in and out of elevator and our room was nothing like what the brochure had.
