Hospedagem em Lake Ann, MI

"Stayed at this site when it was a Fairfield hotel many times. Now with no coffee maker in the room and No Hot Tub available, we do not plan to stay here again in the future.so sad, it has lost its charm!!"

"Clean facility and helpful staff. Upon entering my room, I noticed a terrible smell coming from the Univent blower (mechanical, oily smell -- perhaps due to recent maintenance??). I asked the desk clerk if I could move rooms. She called her manager to share my concerns, but did not have another vacant room. They tried an ozone cleaning machine in the room, to no avail. They were eventually able to move me to another room due to a late cancellation. I appreciate the desk clerk working with me to...

"The breakfast is great, eggs, sausage, potatos, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, and waffles. The pool is decent and open until midnight which is great. The gym is just a treadmill and elliptical though. I stayed here a year ago with no issues but boy has it gone downhill since then. I never expected to feel unsafe in a Traverse City hotel. When we checked in the desk attendant looked disheveled and made a sexist joke my wife didn't appreciate. Then the first night we stayed there were...

"Clean and comfortable"

"Great location if you're staying on "that side" of TC. TC traffic is a mess, so plan your stay appropriately. This courtyard was super clean and great amenities. La Seniorita is a northern mi legendary restaurant and the last one is in the parking lot of this courtyard! Also, Sam's club is next door too. Starbucks is inside this courtyard and breakfast is available. No free coffee and complimentary breakfast. Awesome place to stay!"

"Clean room and friendly staff."

"We stayed here for the cherry cup soccer tournament and it was great! Close enough drive to the fields and the price was unbeatable. The place was clean and had everything we needed to survive tournament weekend with 3 kids. Will definitely be looking to stay here again next time we’re up in Traverse City."

"I loved walking into the room and noticing how clean everything was. It was also a pleasure being able to adjust the heat a couple of degrees higher with no problems. The breakfast was great, many wonderful options."

"We parked on the road out front both nights, but got a $15 parking ticket the second night... Considered it a deal since it was a lot cheaper than paying $100 to the rental agency for parking out back!"

"Great location near the Interlochen campus. Hot tub available but we didn't have a chance to use it. Easy check in process."
