  • Cozy studio apartment with a separate kitchenette and direct access to the garden, suitable for up to 2 adults + 2 children under 14 years old.



    The apartment is furnished in a pleasant Alpine-Tyrolean style, with a predominance of local Dolomite wood, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.



    The property consists of a bedroom with living area and direct access to the shared garden, a separate kitchenette, and a bright bathroom equipped with WC, shower, bathtub, bidet, and washbasin.



    The modern kitchenette provides everything you need for your holiday in Val Gardena, including a dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery.



    From the living area, you can access a private covered terrace connected directly to the shared garden – the perfect place to enjoy the warm Dolomites sunshine.



    The apartment is located on the ground floor and can be reached from the garage by stairs or elevator.



    Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are provided free of charge.

    Residence Peter offers charming south-east-facing apartments, each featuring either a garden or a balcony, right at the gateway to Val Gardena.



    Located in the picturesque hamlet of San Pietro in Valle, on the outskirts of Ortisei, Residence Peter enjoys a strategic position for exploring the Dolomites both in winter and in summer.



    During winter, you can take advantage of the free bus service, just over 200 meters from the residence, which brings you within minutes to the center of Ortisei, where the first Dolomiti Superski lifts are located. If you wish, you can continue to Santa Cristina or Selva, to directly access the famous Sellaronda ski circuit.



    In summer, the nearby bus stop is a great advantage, with routes operating in both directions: one leading into Val Gardena with its iconic peaks such as Seceda and Alpe di Siusi, and the other connecting you comfortably to the rest of South Tyrol.



    Residence Peter is equipped with everything you need to fully enjoy your holiday in the Dolomites, including one garage parking space per apartment, ski and bike storage with boot warmers, Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels provided free of charge.



    Pets are not allowed.

    Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei

    Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

    Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access)

    Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

    Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

    Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

    Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

    In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

    It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

    Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

    The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

    The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax and the toruist tax, aswell as the check-in.

    If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to where they were retrieved, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

    The final cleaning amount covers a staandard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
