Few places in Lahaina are as special as Lahaina Shores today. This oceanfront resort is one of the rare survivors of the August 8, 2023 fire, offering guests a unique, serene beachfront experience in the heart of Lahaina. With no neighboring hotels or condos nearby, the golden sand in front of the property feels wonderfully secluded—a quiet stretch of coast where you can swim, snorkel, or simply unwind to the gentle rhythm of the waves.

This studio apartment combines comfort and style with a spacious layout, a new Cal King bed, linens and towels, and a fully stocked kitchen for casual meals at home. Step onto your lanai and enjoy panoramic ocean views and spectacular sunsets each evening. This is more than a vacation rental—it’s a front-row seat to Maui’s beauty, a haven of calm, and a place to connect with the resilient spirit of Lahaina.

When you’re ready to explore, Lahaina Shores is a perfect home base. Enjoy shopping and casual dining at Cannery Mall, or visit nearby favorites like Mala Ocean Tavern, Honu Oceanside, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle. Kaanapali Beach, with its snorkeling, Black Rock cliff diving, beachside restaurants, and sunset catamaran cruises, is just a short drive away. The resort itself offers an oceanfront pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, and a manicured lawn perfect for relaxing with a book or taking in the view.

Whether you’re here to unwind or explore all that Maui has to offer—from scenic drives and waterfalls to Upcountry farms and the Road to Hana—Unit 423 provides a rare combination of comfort, convenience, and oceanfront beauty.

On-site parking at Lahaina Shores is limited and may be unavailable during moderate to high occupancy periods. Parking is not guaranteed. Alternative off-site parking options are being explored. Guests with rental cars should plan accordingly.

The communication was great, the lanai and view were everything I had hoped for, very clean property. A lot of rebuilding going on in the neighborhood after the fires (so happy to see!). Part of Front street was closed but still walkable to restaurants and some shopping (about 40 minute walk). Would definitely stay again.

Anniversary Trip

Beautifully kept older property on the beach. The condo was spacious and well kept with all the comforts of home. The view was amazing and we enjoyed having our morning coffee on the lanai. Sadly, we had to evacuate due to the fires. We recieved updates from the owners the morning of which was appreciated. So grateful to have experienced this beautiful place.

Great location and property

My wife and I decided to come to Maui for our babymoon and we were very happy with the property. It is in a great location that is walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Additionally, the property came equipped with anything you needed for a beach day like towels, chairs and an umbrella. I would come back to this property again

Fantastic, Awesome, Wonderful!!!

Look no further! This was an amazing spot to stay in Maui! The views/sunsets were amazing. We saw whales everyday and loved the beach access! Even swam with a big sea turtle that decided to visit the area. When we wanted something different, it was great to be able to swim in the pool and utilize the hot tub. It was also super nice to have the beach chairs, umbrella, and little cooler available to use. We used them most days when we went to the beach. The condo was awesome and well maintained. The lanai was fantastic and as pictured. Everything was as described and the people were great to deal with. The cost gets much steeper once you add in fees, taxes, etc., but it was worth every penny!! :) This was our first time to Maui and it was overwhelming trying to decide on a spot to stay. This location was on the edge of the busy strip on front street. So it was close to everything, yet not in the middle of it. Perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It was great for heading to things downtown, but then just a short walk back to relaxation. We also did the luau right next to the resort, it was great and we didn't have to drive back to our condo. Good thing considering unlimited drinks are included in the price. :) Lastly, one more extremely helpful thing was the concierge/travel agent that has a desk in the lobby. This was extremely helpful to us as we looked to book activities and plan our days. We greatly enjoyed this stay and didn't want to leave!

Perfect Hawaiin Vacation

We enjoyed our 2 weeks stay at Lahaina Shores Beach Resort. The room was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, and we had a spectacular view of the ocean. We would love to come back and stay again!

Lahaina Shores Gem

A perfect spot for us. We love being near Lahaina, but if you want to have oceanside accommodations, listen to the surf laying in bed at night, and see whales from your lanai, this is the place. Great location for day trips to Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas.

Perfect Location

We could not have been happier with our choice. The property was the ideal location for doing many beaches on the island. We also loved the property beach as well. What we really loved was walking to restaurants and shops every night. It was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highlight was sleeping with the patio doors wide open and listening to the ocean all night.

Fabulous find!

We loved our stay here. Great location right in the beach with pool and spa onsite as well. Walking distance to shops and the Banyan tree. Clean and luxurious, especially with the balcony views! Would return!

Beautiful and Well Equipped Unit

The unit itself was very clean and had the most comfortable bed. Came equipped with all items we needed for the beach and to cook most of our meals at home. The property was gorgeous! The balcony view is also absolutely unbeatable. Would highly recommend if you need a place to sleep while you are out and about exploring most of the days.

Honeymoon in Lahaina

The grounds and check in staff were amazing. Property is located right on the beginning of the Lahaina strip so you can walk everywhere without being right in the middle of it. Property manager was extremely reachable and was able to remedy any issues quickly. View is hard to beat out of the room. Will stay here again. Jason

It’s only for the view

While we had a great stay, this place is literally only for view and location. I am also a property rental host and I believe that it’s the smallest details that go a long way and this place is lacking exactly that. For over a couple hundred dollars a night, there is no shampoo or zero regard for those who drink tea/don’t drink coffee. I could go on and on, but I will leave it at that. Communication with the host is very generic as they didn’t even know when I checked in (and I asked for an early check-in if possible) nor did they know what property I was at. Book this place if view and location are all you need.

More than expected

The room was amazing. The view from sun up to sun down couldn’t have been better. Nice quiet property and the pool was a great added touch. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants was a short one. Can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful condo, stunning sunsets!

We flew over from BI for a quick weekend getaway- loved being so close to everything - especially the harbor. First night luau music from next door was a treat but it got a tad bothersome after several days of early morning diving (so to bed early as well!) But would still go back- everything else was perfect!
