Papakea Resort - Beautiful Ocean View Studio - Starting 7/1 NO Resort Fee

The Papakea Resort on Maui’s Kaanapali Coast is a relaxing haven on 13 acres of expansive lawns and lush gardens. We offer spacious condominium accommodations overlooking the crystal blue Pacific.
The studio comes with fully equipped kitchen and in-room washer/dryer for extra convenience. You’ll have a private furnished balcony or lanai, where you can relax on your own or with friends and family and enjoy spectacular ocean views. The studio is air-conditioned, and complimentary WiFi is offered throughout the resort.

Walk along the beautiful ocean or visit the nearby Kaanapali and Kapalua resort areas to enjoy their beaches, championship golf courses, fine shops and restaurants.

Photos are not of actual unit. Units are individually owned and have some variation. Unit will be assigned at check-in.

Guest Room Features-

If you’re looking for a beachfront condominium style resort where you can pursue your passion for active living, then you can’t do better than the Papakea Resort. Situated on the Kaanapali Coast, the resort offers two swimming pools and jet spas, lighted tennis courts, two 12-hole putting greens, picnic areas with barbecue grills and poolside cabanas for lounging.

***A $25 daily facility fee will be collected at the Resort upon check-in. There will be a 10 day maximum charge for the facility fee.
*** Starting 7/1 There will be no resort fee charged at resort

We have stayed at this condo resort 2 years ago and came back. It is very nice location on the ocean with great sunsets and a relaxed vibe. They have tennis and pickleball, mini golf, shuffleboard and pools and hot tubs. Parking is included in the resort fee which is reasonable. The room itself was a nice studio condo. It has a full kitchen, fridge, etc. It is larger than a standard hotel room. The room has some wear but overall it is nice. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed . The location with food stores were walking distance. And it isn’t far from Whalers Village where the restaurants are located. I would stay at your place again.

The property is beautiful! The location is great. The condo could use a deep cleaning and some updates. We had some trouble with in our condo but the property manager was very nice and prompt to work with. We have stayed here before and will be back.

We stayed here along with some of our friends (who stayed in other units) while in town for a wedding. Our friends all got one bedroom units, but we knew we wanted to wake up looking at the ocean. Although the place was pretty vintage, all of our friends who visited our unit wish that they had done things our way. We’d do it the same way next time!

The condo was nice and clean. The property was nice with two pools and hot tubs right on the water. We loved being able to cook in the room and use the in-room washer and dryer. There is no restaurant/bar on the property unfortunately, but we were able to walk to multiple other neighbor resorts and enjoy their restaurants/bars. Our only complaints would be that the shower would run out of water really quickly every time we showered and the bed was like a Murphy bed and was therefore a bit small for 2 people.

Beautiful, clean, fully furnished unit with lanai facing the ocean. Entire resort property was very nice. No beach, but adjacent to public beach access. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Kaanapali.

The space was very nice and clean but a little outdated. The resort area was great. They have access to a small beach, a couple pools and hot tubs that are hot! There was an extra 150$ cleaning fee and 17$/ day which we would have liked to know about before hand.

This Resort and the room we stayed in was simply wow in each and every aspect be it location, staff, cleanliness and our ocean view room. I just loved each and every bit of my stay of 3 nights. The studio room was very big and spacious with a breath taking ocean view from our lanai. The rooms were very clean and all the furniture was in excellent condition. Location is just excellent , just a 5 min walk to the food trucks, restaurants and grocery stores. They have their own parking so it’s pretty easy for the guest. All in all an amazing stay with lots of fond memories and especially the ocean front view from our lanai. Defiantly coming back!!

From the pictures we thought we were getting a studio. Turns out to be a one bedroom with Kitchen Bar. Bed was nice and firm vs the sinking ones we have had before. Great view of the ocean and surrounding ponds and pools from the lani. AC cooled the whole place then just used the ceiling fan at night. Walking distance to the board walk along the beach and restaurants. Would for sure pick the same unit. Very quite around the whole complex. No wild parties while we there.

This is a perfect location. I will return and stay here again. The location was perfect for the activities we planned. If you’re worried about COVID-19 and safety measures, the property was safe. I have never felt safer. Watching the staff clean up and disinfect ever seating area of the pool when someone left their seats made us feel safe. I have suggested Papakea Resort to all my staff.
