Brand New ICE COLD Air Conditioning throughout the condo, just installed in October 2021.
We recently made some other upgrades to the condo including new mattresses and bedding, kitchen supplies and small appliances, décor, bathroom towels, and much more! Also recently installed are outdoor solar blinds to control temperature and light. Lastly, all new high bar style table and four chairs for the lanai.

ABOUT OUR UNIT
Our condo has an ocean front view from its private lanai, and from the living room, kitchen, and upstairs bedroom. Sit on the balcony, watch the sea turtles and whales, enjoy the breathtaking views, sunsets, rainbows, and relax! The snorkeling here is excellent! Many guests have commented that the snorkeling is the best part about staying here.

BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms are about the same size and each have their own bathroom. The upstairs bedroom (loft style) has two twin beds, a TV with cable and spectacular views. The downstairs bedroom has one king bed and a TV with cable. We recently bought all new bedding including linens, a down alternative comforter, and pillows. Ceiling fans are located in both bedrooms and the living room.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, conventional oven and stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. In addition, we supply a variety of drinking glasses, wine glasses, dishes and bowls, bakeware, mixing bowls, pots and pans, and cooking/BBQ utensils.

LIVING ROOM
The living room has a sofa/bed and love seat, and a wall mounted 58" plasma HDTV and a DVD player.

BALCONY
The lanai has a lounge, new beautiful high bar style table, and four chairs. From the lanai, you can view the turtles and sometimes dolphins (and whales in season!)

ABOUT THE RESORT
The resort is a low rise, ocean front condominium resort located directly on the ocean and Honokeana Cove. The resort is located a few miles North of Lahaina and Kaanapali and just south of Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay. There is excellent snorkeling at the resort (Honokeana Cove).

Snorkeling is also good at Kapalua and Napili Bays, with-in easy walking distance. Golf and tennis are available at the Kapalua Resort. The Kapalua West Maui Airport is less than five minutes away. Kahului Airport is about a 50 minute drive.

The resort has two swimming pools, with nearby outdoor barbecue grills (both gas and charcoal), and picnic tables. Next door are two restaurants. At Napili Bay and at Kapalua there are several more excellent restaurants.

ABOUT THE BEACH
The beautiful Napili Bay white sand beach is just a short walk (about 150 yards) along an ocean front path. The beach is uncrowded and good for swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding. It is usually fairly calm as in the picture, but can get large waves in season. There is a very nice beach front restaurant at the end of the beach. It services breakfast, lunch and dinner.

You can use the A/C, or if you prefer there is a great breeze that blows through the unit with the windows open in the front and rear, with ceiling fans in all the rooms it is very comfortable. There is also an adjustable automatic solar shade on the balcony which will block 90% of sun entering the unit in the afternoon if you choose to have it down.

STATE TAX: Rates do not include Hawaii room tax of 14.42%,

MINIMUM STAY: 7 night minimum stay. However, bookings can be made for less that 7 nights, when available, within 30 days of arrival. 10 nights minimum during any period which includes Christmas Day or New Years Day.

OCCUPANCY: Maximum of 6 people

DEPOSITS: 50% deposit must be paid by credit card at time of reservation. Balance plus tax is due 45 days prior to scheduled arrival. Failure to pay balance 45 days prior to scheduled arrival shall result in an automatic cancellation of the reservation.

CANCELLATIONS: Deposit is refunded only if cancellations are made 120 days prior to scheduled arrival (less a $150 cancellation fee). Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of your full deposit.

Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival will result in forfiture of all payments made. If we are able to rebook any portions of your canceled reservation.

CLEANING FEE: $250 cleaning fee.

PARKING: There is no parking fee. Each vehicle is required to have a parking pass. You can get a parking pass at the front desk upon your arrival.

SMOKING: This is a non smoking unit. In accordance with HawaII State Law, smoking is not permitted anywhere at Napili Point except for three designated outside areas.
