This includes increasing our already-stringent policies regarding overall cleanliness and closely following the CDC’s guidelines for cleaning and disinfection. Our housecleaning team is using CDC approved cleaning products, and focusing on “high touch” areas of our properties.

This gorgeous, two bedroom, three bathroom townhouse is a platinum level remodel, and it is situated in one of the most prime locations at the Kapalua Resort®. Located on once a working pineapple plantation, the Kapalua Resort® now offers guests first-class accommodations with countless award-winning, luxury amenities. From three world-class beaches, to spas, to PGA golf; and with restaurants which are top rated in all the US, you are in walking distance to it all! This villa is conveniently located close to one of the two Ridge pools, making it easy to swim and barbeque with ease.
As you enter the villa, you will simply be stunned by the ocean views showcased in every window. Walking out onto your large lanai you will be treated to exquisite landscape views of the Kapalua coastline, down to world famous surf spot, Honolua Bay. The sounds of the crashing waves from Oneloa Beach down below, accompanied by the island of Molokai in the distance, is a welcomed reminder that you are in paradise!
The lanai features a cozy seating area, making this the ideal location for morning coffee or evening pupus. With a wraparound window, the lanai is protected from the wind so you can enjoy all the beauty without a heavy breeze. During our winter months you will be treated to one of Mother Nature’s finest shows – the return of the migrating humpback whales.
Reconnect with friends or your ohana in the large, open-concept living room. This light and airy room features tile flooring throughout, couches, a coffee table, flat screen TV and a separate intimate seating area.
A high-end remodeled kitchen sits just off the living room, and offers all the luxuries any gourmet chef would appreciate. This kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to try your hand at an island style meal. If you require something extra, never hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to accommodate you.
The kitchen is complete with granite countertops, custom cabinets, a vaulted ceiling, all stainless-steel appliances, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a freezer/frig. Cooking and clean up are not a task at all given the sparkling blue of the ocean just beyond.
A large dining table sits just off the kitchen and comfortably seats up to six people. There is no reason to go out when you can dine at home with the Pacific in the background.
When the sun sets, and it is time to kick your feet up, retreat to one of your two bedrooms. On the first floor, you will find the first of these, which offers an accommodating space for those with larger parties, or children. Enjoy a queen bed, bunk beds, a flat screen TV, AC, ceiling fan, dresser drawers and a small lanai with gorgeous ocean and coastal views.
Getting ready for the day doesn’t have to be hectic; with three full bathrooms in the villa, you will find that everyone in your party can relax and unwind with ease. Attached to the bedroom you will find a spacious, remodeled bathroom, complete with twin vanities, custom cabinets, granite countertops, large walk-in shower, a walk-in closet and private restroom.
In the hallway between the bedroom and the living room, guests will find the convenience of a washer and dryer, complete with a starter supply of detergent. This is also the location of the separate guest bathroom which features a beautiful vanity with sink and a shower.
Heading upstairs, guests will be treated to some of the most impressive views of the whole villa. This remodeled master bedroom is one of the most striking at the Ridge Villas, and will have you feeling as though you are standing at the edge of the ocean.
A large panoramic window is the focal point of this spacious bedroom; it beautifully showcases the Pacific Ocean, Oneloa Beach bellow, the island of Molokai, and, dazzling coastline. Wrap around windows also bring in the morning sun over the West Maui Mountains, and offer views of Honolua Bay and beyond.
The master bedroom features a desk with seating, flat screen TV, tile flooring, ceiling fan, AC, and, as an added bonus, a separate queen bed in the attached loft. This bed is wonderful for larger parties, or as simply a great place to sit and relax after a long day at the beach. With ocean views out of every window, you will be in a state of constant awe at the beauty that surrounds you.
The remodeled, luxury bathroom offers guests a tranquil environment that rivals that of the finest spas. The bathroom features twin vanities, granite counter tops, a walk-in shower, a raised deep soaking tub and private restroom.
This villa comes with reserved covered parking, free wireless password protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler.
Our rates are all inclusive. There are no surprises upon check-out!
Late departures must be made at the time of booking for a fee of half a days rent.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine.
There are many reasons why visitors choose The Ridge as their vacation destination. One of these is that Kapalua® Resort is a “low impact” resort; thus, guests staying at The Ridge find that they have the luxury of near endless activities available to them, but, without the large crowds, the traffic and noise.
The Kapalua® Resort features three of the top State of Hawaii beaches, and these you will find just a short walk from your villa. This bay is situated so that it is protected from heavy seas and wind. Its waters are calm and inviting; thus, it may be no surprise that Kapalua Bay offers some of the best snorkeling to be found on the island. Guests can also enjoy two golf courses – the PGA’s Plantation Course and The Bay Course. Both courses offer spectacular views of the Pacific and the island, while at the same time challenging even the best of golfers. *Please note that while the Plantation Course is currently open, the Bay Course is temporarily closed, and a reopening date has not yet been announced.
