Unit B1B has been completely remodeled to include new appliances and every amenity you could ask for. The kitchen includes a spacious 12 foot granite counter top with seating and views of the pool from outside our family room complete with a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also an additional stone patio outside the master bedroom that provides more outside living space to relax and enjoy the beautiful tropical gardens of the property and breathe in the ocean breeze.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Maui on the Fly for baby equipment rentals – this includes baby beach toys and other beach necessities for children. For more details and information check them out on the web!

For convenience, there is a Napili Market, a grocery store that is about ¼ mile away. Also located at the Napili Plaza are retail shops and a few eateries including Mama’s Ribs &Rotisserie, A’a Roots, Joey’s, and Maui Tacos. Kitchen 5315 and the Gazebo restaurant are located at the Napili Shores resort. Just on the opposite side of Napili Bay enjoy the Seahouse restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
