Our housecleaning team is using CDC approved cleaning products, and focusing on “high touch” areas of our properties.

Upon entering this one bedroom/two bath Ridge Villa at The Kapalua® Resort, it is impossible not to be taken aback by the spectacular sweeping ocean views! This newly updated villa is the ideal location to unwind, and take in all the exotic beauty Maui has to offer. With stunning vistas of the island of Molokai’, the dazzling blue Pacific, and, the resort coastline, you will never tire of gazing at the views, and surrendering yourself to this tropical paradise
The private lanai offers a table and seating for up to four people. Many of our guests tell us that much of their vacation time is spent right here! With stunning views, and the soft, soothing trade winds embracing the villa, there is simply nothing more peaceful than enjoying this heavenly space. Pour yourself a chilled glass of Maui Blanc, and immerse yourself in the magic of our beautiful island.
During the winter months our waters are teaming with humpback whales! This villa provides some of the best seats in the house to watch these magnificent creatures at play. There are no words to capture the thrill of seeing a forty-ton whale jump clear out of the water, then land in a giant splash.
Inside your villa you will discover a spacious floor plan, one that succeeds in bringing the outside, inside! The living room features new hardwood flooring, a pull-out sofa bed, a chair with ottoman, a coffee table, an end table with lamp, wet bar, AC and flat screen TV. This comfortable living space is perfect for relaxing with a book at the end of the day, or, celebrating that special event for someone in your party.
The glass top, dining room table sits just off the living room, and provides guests with seating for four. The kitchen is located behind the dining room table, and offers guests everything they couple possibly need to prepare and serve even the fanciest of meals. With a fully stocked kitchen, you’ll feel as though you’re in the comfort of your own home. During your stay, if you find you need something extra, please don’t hesitate to ask and we’ll be more than happy to provide it for you. The kitchen is complete with a freezer, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, sink with disposal and all small appliances.
The first of your first two full bathrooms is located by the front door, off from the living room. This bathroom has a shower, vanity with sink, closet and washer and dryer.
The spacious master bedroom features hardwood flooring, a king sized bed, end tables with lamps, dresser drawers, closet, flat screen TV, fan, AC and a small lanai. This cozy bedroom offers all the comforts one needs to relax after a fun filled day exploring the island.
The large master bathroom is connected to the bedroom; it offers two vanities with sinks and an oversized soaking tub with shower.
This villa comes with reserved covered parking, free wireless password protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler.
Our rates are all inclusive. There are no surprises upon check-out!
Late departures must be made at the time of booking for a fee of half a days rent.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine.
There are many reasons why visitors choose The Ridge as their vacation destination. One of these is that Kapalua® Resort is a “low impact” resort; thus, guests staying at The Ridge find that they have the luxury of near endless activities available to them, but, without the large crowds, the traffic and noise.
The Kapalua® Resort features three of the top State of Hawaii beaches, and these you will find just a short walk from your villa. This bay is situated so that it is protected from heavy seas and wind. Its waters are calm and inviting; thus, it may be no surprise that Kapalua Bay offers some of the best snorkeling to be found on the island. Gentle waves, soft white sand and breathtaking beauty combine to secure a spot for this beach in top world rankings every year.
Guests can also enjoy two golf courses – the PGA’s Plantation Course and The Bay Course. Both courses offer spectacular views of the Pacific and the island, while at the same time challenging even the best of golfers. *Please note that while the Plantation Course is currently open, the Bay Course is temporarily closed, and a reopening date has not yet been announced.
