From your private lanai, enjoy picture perfect sunsets, sweeping ocean views and the magnificent site of whales breaching and spouting in the distance (during the winter months).  This beautiful condo has all of the amenities you would want on a tropical vacation. Besides the gorgeous ocean views, the unit is fully furnished with comfortable island décor. The kitchen is fully appointed with appliances, cookware, dishes, blender, coffee pot, etc. It is the perfect place for making a gourmet meal to dine in or enjoy on the lanai with your favorite cocktail. If you prefer cooking outdoors, you are welcome to use one of the ultra clean BBQ grills on the resorts lush tropical grounds. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been remodeled and feature granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

Royal Kahana is a five minute drive to world-class beaches including Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. It is a 10 minute drive to Historic Lahaina Town where you can enjoy fine dining, shopping, and the best ocean activities Maui has to offer! Royal Kahana amenities include FREE WIFI, fitness center, a swimming pool, clean BBQ gas grills, and an activities desk. The property is conveniently located (walking distance) to shops, restaurants, and banking.

*Please note: This is an ocean front resort on a volcanic island. Based on oceanic and environmental issues, we can not predict the amount of beach front (or access to it) will be available at the time of your visit. Sometimes there is beach at Royal Kahana, and sometimes there isn't. Rest assured, Royal Kahana is located next to some of the best beaches on the island!
