"This was a amazing trip, don't get me wrong. The property is a little run down and there was zero comfortable seating to just relax and visit. Alex was AMAZING and very accommodating. The properties location would be perfect except it is down a very very long very very rough road. It doesn't matter where or what you are wanting to do it's at least a hour drive. "My family, friends and I had a wonderful time in this Jaco beach house. The location was perfect for our surfers and all the rooms were fantastic! Attached bathrooms for all but one room provided a luxury that can't be understated.The large, well stocked kitchen and super long dinning table made cooking and eating meals a joy. The daily cleaner made cleanup easy. The nightly security guard was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone travelling to the Jaco area and...

"It really is a penthouse. Very beauitiful property. Great tour guides and very family friendly. Definitely coming back. Only issues were the water pressure and temperature but that is to be expected in costa rica. overall 10/10"

"The property is in Los Suenos. A beautiful golf community. We would take a golf cart to Coco’s restaurant (highly recommend) or it was a 3 Uber ride. Irene works with the owner and met us at the property. Irene was wonderful and always available to answer questions. "

"Beautiful view, very clean, and we were delighted to have all the monkeys to greet us upon our arrival out front thanks to Carlos tray of sliced bananas! Suggest new comfortable tv room furniture to comfortably seat large group instead of pieces of patio furniture. "

Hotel South Beach

"A pontuacao condiz com as 3 estrelas do Hotel e até menos. Porém algumas considerações importantes: Ponto Positivo: pé na areia e quarto espaçoso. Pontos Negativos: 1. Sem regras claras. Nao recebemos em nenhum momento qualquer informação sobre os procedimentos do hotel. Exemplo: uma noite vc podia ficar na piscina, na outra vc nao podia circular na area apos as 22h. 2. Higiene e troca de toalha. 3. Funcionarios fechados, sem empatia alguma com o hospede 4. O hotel permite a entrada a noite de pessoas nao hospedadas mediante pagamento de 50 dolares. Na ultima noite estavamos sentados em frente ao nosso quarto e um hospede entrou com 2 garotas de programa, confirmadas e autorizadas pelo hotel, mediante o pagamento. Ao questionarmos as normais fomos informados que isso era comum nos hoteis de Jacó. Nossos dias foram otimos porque fizemos passeios e fomos as praias proximas. O Hotel eu nao recomendo. "
