"Complete makeover"

"The villa is really nice and perfect for a family. Location was a bit tricky as many grab drivers couldn’t find it so that made it difficult to get to. Business map pin needs to be updated. Other than that, the villa is in a quiet spot but close to a convenience store and walking distance to a lot of restaurants (if you don’t mind walking in the heat). The villa is very well kept and maintained."

"Pro - Clean & big rooms with all the equipment provided - Quiet location and about 35 minutes drive to Patong Beach - Villa is relatively new Con - No on site staff we got a email on the check-in date that notified us our booking had been cancelled because of a leak in the roof and suggested we go to a sister hotel on the other side of the island. We were running late to a wedding so that was not an option. We then called Expedia and they reinforced that there's absolutely no other...

"Only pro is clean and spacious. Cons include lack of communication, never reply on messages, emails and SMS. Broken main door lock, cannot lock villa. House keeping never provide hand wash, and even no clean towels for every bathroom for a 4 bedroom villa on the last night."

"Amazing unit. We only stayed for one night due to missing our flight, but we were amazed by the property and its staff. We plan to spend more time at this resort on our next vacation to phuket."

"Property clean and staff friendly. No front desk or reception area. Didn't match the santuary vibes. Property is behind a car wash and deep into residential neighborhood. I wouldn't call this a resort. I left the Property in an hour and booked a different hotel in the area i really wanted to be in. Staff was very understanding and accommodating and was willing to give me another room. "

"No front desk. No indication on Hotels.com on how to check in. I had to reach out to host on Whatsapp to get access to the room. Room had an adjacent room and we could hear every word from the other side. This place is right next to a pond so ton of mosquitoes all around. Was in Thailand for 3 weeks all around and this was the worst place we stayed at. "
