Bay windows and skylights deliver an abundance of natural light making the space bright and airy. After a fun day in the pool, kick back on the sofa as the smart TV keeps you up-to-date on new Netflix releases.

Spend quality time together in the second living area, overlooking the pool which is outfitted with a sectional and a cabinet full of family board games!

KITCHEN & DINING

Gourmands will be thrilled to see high-end appliances in the kitchen with great extras such as a Vitamix blender, Instant Pot, and everything a baker might need! The kitchen is also fully stocked with infant/ child plates, cups etc!


BED & BATH

This home sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. There are two master suites!

The primary suite features a California king bed, a smart TV, luxurious bathroom, and direct access to the pool area. Get work done in the dedicated workspace which has a desk and a printer (desktop not included, bring your own laptop, device etc). Keep up with your fitness goals with the NordicTrack Studio Cycle!

The second suite has a queen bed, stunning ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the backyard.

The third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom holds two twin-size beds.

The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Splash around in the new large saltwater pool and relax in the hot tub! Fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy many outdoor meals at the patio table overlooking the pool. The grassy part of the yard is set up for outdoor games -- bocce ball, corn hole and many pool toys (including puddle jumpers for the small kiddos!), while the hill with native California trees creates extra privacy.

LOCATION

Ideally central to attractions in Southern California, this home is perfectly situated to everything you need within a short distance. Spend the sunny California days relaxing at Aliso Beach or Table Rock Beach in South Laguna -- both only 10 minutes away. Cafes/ restaurants and supermarkets are only 5 minutes away, and 10 Minutes to Dana Point Harbor. The San Juan Capistrano Mission and Historic downtown is only 15 minutes away. For an exciting day trip, venture out 30 minutes to Disneyland! The convenient central location also keeps you close to hiking trails, golf courses, and many other beaches.



HOUSE RULES:

• This is a quiet, residential family neighborhood. We do not allow more than 8 guests and 2 cars at this property at all times. This house is monitored by our own private security till 5 am daily, so if you ever have more than 8 people or 2 cars, we will come to the property and terminate the booking on the spot.
• Outdoor curfew is 10 PM -In order to respect the neighbors we do not allow people outdoors after 10 pm - this is monitored by our security.
• No smoking on the property (including outdoor areas) -if we smell smoke or find residue, we will keep the deposit.
• No amplified music to be played outdoors at ANY time, or we terminate the booking on the spot w/our security.
• Host reserves the right to cancel the reservation immediately without refund should guests break any of the rules
• For guests' safety, property is monitored with security cameras 24/7
