The space

The apartment is spacious and designed so everyone can enjoy both privacy and time together.

Living & Dining

The large living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, with plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach.

A comfortable lounge area with a large Smart TV opens towards the pool view balcony, while the generous dining table creates the perfect setting for family dinners, wine with friends or relaxed evenings at home.

Natural light, contemporary furnishings and warm details give the space an inviting atmosphere throughout the day.

Modern Fully Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen has been completely updated with a striking contemporary design, combining matt black cabinetry, natural wood surfaces and quality appliances.

It is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast before heading to the beach to preparing a proper dinner at home, with generous storage and workspace as well as modern cooking and refrigeration appliances.

For longer stays, the apartment also provides practical laundry facilities- washer, tumble dryer and laundry rack for the balcony.

Three Comfortable Bedrooms

The apartment offers three spacious bedrooms, each with its own character.

The elegant master bedroom features rich green tones, a comfortable king size bed with a topper ( 160x200cm), generous build-in wardrobe for clothes storage, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and dryer and direct access to both the garden & pool view balcony - a prefect start of your morning in the Algarve sunshine. This bedroom also has an access to the second west facing balcony - an ideal spot to end your busy day relaxing.

The second double bedroom offers a calm and sophisticated atmosphere, with king size bed with a topper (160x200cm), build-in wardrobe and large window.

The third bedroom is arranged with two individual beds (each 90x200cm), making it particularly convenient for children, friends or guests who prefer separate sleeping arrangements.

All rooms are equipped with electric shutter blinds and AC for maximum comfort.

We provide towels and bedding ( single duvets and covers rather than double for maximum comfort of each individual), thoughtful decoration and generous storage make each room comfortable for both short holidays and longer stays.

Bathrooms

There are two modern bathrooms, giving families and groups plenty of convenience.

The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom includes a bathtub with overhead shower, while the second bathroom features a spacious walk-in rainfall shower and stylish contemporary finishes. The second bathroom is accessed from the hall and available for the second and third bedrooms.

Outdoor Living

One of the highlights of the apartment is its outdoor space- there are 3 balconies, each with different sun exposure to maximise the convenience.

The main south facing balcony overlooks the beautiful landscaped gardens and pool area and includes an outdoor umbrella & dining table with 4 comfortable reclining chairs - perfect for sunny breakfasts, leisurely lunches or a glass of wine at the end of the day. This balcony is accessed both from the main living area and also from the master bedroom.

The second balcony is accessed also from the master bedroom and is west facing. Equipped with comfortable outdoor lounge seating set, offering a peaceful place to sit back in privacy with a book or a glass of wine, enjoy the late afternoon sun in summer months and the Algarve climate.

There is also a third small balcony from the kitchen - north facing, with morning sun and residential view.

Pool, Jacuzzi & Gardens

At the centre of the condominium you will find a beautiful communal swimming pool with outdoor shower and jacuzzi ( non heated), surrounded by mature palm trees, tropical planting and carefully maintained gardens.

The apartment also provides 3 sun loungers, identified for exclusive use of our apartment and secured by a padlock ( code provided in the welcome guide).

The setting feels peaceful and secluded, creating a relaxed resort atmosphere only a few minutes' walk from the ocean.

Private Garage

Guests also have access to a private garage parking space in the communal garage, particularly convenient during the hot busy summer months.
