It is located in an exclusive area of Lagos, next to Boavista Golf course, a few minutes drive to the beautiful historical center of Lagos with fantastic restaurants, cafes, shops and bars, and close to all the beautiful beaches of Lagos and surroundings. The Villa is perfect for families or groups of friends, comfortably sleeping up to 12 people.

Highlights include a unique and stylish architecture with beautiful wooden ceilings inside, timeless designer Bali furniture, in an exclusive area with partial countryside (a house is being built in front taking away some of the views) and distant golf views, a large infinity swimming pool (fenced), plenty of outdoor space with beautiful gardens, a covered outdoor BBQ kitchen, and several outdoor dining/ lounge areas.

The Villa
The main villa of 400sqm is built on one level with 3-5m high ceiling, consists of 4 spacious and bright bedrooms with large cable flatscreen TVs, 3 of them directly connected to the garden and pool with stunning countryside views. It has 3 large-sized bathrooms (rain/ cascade showers and bathtubs). It further offers a fully equipped state-of-the-art, larger-sized (than Portugal standards) kitchen to cook for up to 12 people, and an open plan dining and living area with views, an open mezzanine room and lounge area. You`ll enjoy fiber high-speed WiFi, cable TV, A/C and floor heating throughout the Villa (except for one room).

The Annex House
The stylish Annex House on the pool level has its own entrance, 1 bedroom leading to the garden an pool area, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, a fully equipped open kitchen and living room with cable flatscreen TV, as well as WiFi and A/C.

Garden and Outdoor spaces
The main villa and annex house extend out to shaded terrace spaces with partial countryside and distant golf views. There’s a lounge area, two dining areas and large covered BBQ kitchen. For your entertainment you will also find a soccer table, a ping pong table (table tennis), darts game, as well as pool toys. A couple of steps down from the terrace is the garden area with a superbe 12m by 6m saltwater infinity pool (fenced), sunbeds, as well as beautiful gardens with a vegetable garden, and tropical palm trees.

Continue a few steps down from the pool area, where you’ll find the underground garage with 4 car parking spaces, and plenty of outdoor space for kids to play.

Guests are welcome to access the entire Villa and space.

Superbly located in an exclusive and quiet area of Lagos within a 5min walking distance from the Boavista golf course, a 5min drive to the historical center of Lagos with fantastic restaurants, cafes, nightlife and shops, as well as from the stunning Porto de Mós beach and 8min car drive from Meia Praia and Praia D. Ana beaches. It`s a 30min walk to the beaches and historical town center, and a 15min walk to the nearest large supermarket. We recommend a car to get around and also visit surroundings of Lagos, but there’s also plenty of Ubers and Taxis available in Lagos.

The rent includes:
- Towels (also pool towels) and linen
- Children`s highchair and crib, as well as toys can be arranged free of charge

The rent does not include pool heating. There is an extra fee of 100 Eur/ week.
