The space
The Manor is a thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom residence where every room is ensuite to ensure maximum privacy. The home features a spacious open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen, all finished with high-quality materials. It is located within a secure, gated environment, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the city's hustle.

Guest access
Guests will have full, private access to the entire 4-bedroom apartment, including the living areas, kitchen, and dedicated parking space. The compound is secure, and you are free to come and go as you please using the provided access protocols.

Please Note: Our official check-in time is strictly 3:00PM. Selecting an earlier arrival time through the app does not guarantee early entry unless you have requested it and received explicit approval from management before your arrival date.

Other things to note
Security: For your safety, the property is equipped with an external security camera at the main entrance and back of the building. There are no cameras inside the home.

Power: We have a backup power system in place to ensure you remain comfortable during your stay.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a good relationship with our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM

Important Note on Caution Fee:
Please note that a refundable caution fee of ₦50,000 is required before check-in. This fee is strictly to cover any potential damages to the property or its contents during your stay. This amount is fully refundable within 24 hours of checkout, provided the house and its items are in the same condition as when you arrived.
