1 bedroom with a double bed (150cm x 200cm),

1 spacious room upstairs (not a connecting room) with 2 sofa beds, each usable as a double bed (160cm x 200cm),

2 bathrooms with showers (one with a washing machine, accessible via the courtyard),

1 living room with kitchenette. The living room features comfortable seating, an extendable dining table, a small stereo system, TV (Astra satellite), a fireplace, and an open-plan kitchenette with a 4-burner induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster.

A large outdoor area:

1 courtyard (with BBQ) and tables that can be pushed together to form a long table, plus plenty of chairs.
... Two terraces, one offering a partial sea view, where you'll also find the whirlpool (1.5 m diameter, 300 l) with a 100 l hot water supply and warm air "bubble" function (not a hot tub!), lazy jack, and sun loungers.
