Nice appartment close to city centre

The appartment is in a good location and was very clean. Our messages to the apartment owners were answered quickly and the owners are very friendly people. The balcony has a good size and the appartment has an underground parking space, which we did not use since it was easy to park in the street. The pool and area around it was well maintained, and whilst it was generally busy around the pool during our stay, there were always sunbeds available for us. The apartment is within a few minutes walk from the centre of Lagos and very close to the bus station. The only downside was the fact that we are Portuguese and in the TV we were only able to watch foreign channels. We highly recommend this apartment for all the reasons above and I would not hesitate to book again next time we travel to Lagos.

Bel appartement et bien situé à Lagos

L’appartement était très bien situé à Lagos. À distance de marche de la vieille ville et à proximité de plusieurs épicerie. Celui-ci était propre et très bien équipé. La communication s’est bien déroulée avec les propriétaires et avec la représentante sur place Sofia. Très gentille et elle a fait le tour de l’appartement avec nous à notre arrivée. Il y a eu des petits soucis durant notre séjour mais seulement le niveau d’humidité (taches de moisissures) nous a occasionné une plus grande vigilance. L’appartement aurait probablement besoin d’un rafraîchissement de la peinture. Le lit était très confortable mais pas le sofa.Dans l’ensemble satisfait de notre séjour.

Almost perfect.

My husband and I travelled from Canada to spend month of February here. We love the location which is so close to everything: the Marina, the beach, weekly markets, grocery stores and for us most importantly a brilliant tennis club. Booking was simple- with the benefit of a very generous cancellation policy. Sofia the property manager was wonderful, met us on our arrival and showed us everything. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen well equipped. The living area could maybe benefit from an armchair to supplement the sofa. There is however tons of dining chairs. Unfortunately the weather was especially cool and the north facing location didn’t allow us to use the balcony. This would not be a problem in the warmer months. All in all a tremendous experience.

Abbiamo adorato soggiornare in questo appartamento per tanti motivi. - É in una posizione perfetta. Il centro di Lagos si trova a pochi minuti a piedi, così la marina e la stazione dei bus. Chi viaggia in auto apprezzerà la sua vicinanza alle principali vie d'accesso per visitare altre città dell'Algarve, ma anche alle principali spiagge della città (raggiungibili anche a piedi con una bella passeggiata), senza necessità di attraversare il centro. Inoltre nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi (compreso un grande supermercato Pingo Doce a poca distanza). E con una breve e piacevole passeggiata si arriva nel cuore di Lagos, pieno di ristoranti e negozi. - L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso e pulito. Il condominio si trova nella parte nuova e in espansione della città. Ha una fantastica piscina coperta con tanto di vasca ad idromassaggio e una piscina scoperta con sdraio, l'ideale per un po' di relax alla fine di una giornata in giro per l'Algarve o in spiaggia. C'è anche una palestra ed una sauna. Vengono forniti anche asciugamani per la piscina. Pur avendo soggiornato in agosto, non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di accendere l'aria condizionata. Inoltre ha un balcone molto grande dove poter fare anche colazione. I letti erano comodi, anche il divano letto (ci mancava un lenzuolo, ma ce l'hanno portato subito). - Il contesto è molto tranquillo, un valore aggiunto. Abbiamo goduto di una buona serenità e di silenzio. L'unica pecca è il garage. La rampa è un po' ripida e non è agevole fare manovra, soprattutto con auto un po' più grosse. Ma nessun problema, anche in pieno agosto abbiamo SEMPRE trovato parcheggio davanti casa, a tutte le ore. Cosa dire di più? Raccomandiamo questo appartamento a tutti, soprattutto per chi viaggia in famiglia.

Great apartment in Lagos. Best location!

Wonderful apartment a short walk to old town, the bus and train station and the marina. The building has an indoor and indoor pool and exercise room. Also a jacuzzi! There are restaurants on the outside corners of the building as well. The owners were wonderful and were always proactive when a problem occurred. Highly recommend!

Unfortunaly lots of things old and broken.

Our contact whit the owners was perfect. However inside the apartement there is a lack off care. Broken done dining chair, you can't fill the bath because it will not close. The airconditioning was full of dust so it provided only cold air we had to service it and it was filed with a blanket of dust. There are 2 sofas withs are not comfortabele you realy can't relaxed. Out site there is a old rusty table. I find it a same because the location is great and with a little work it would be okay.
