This beautiful 4 bedroom villa is located on the east side of Lagos in the Albardeira area, with views of the countryside and out to sea.

Enjoy the villa´s views, private pool & south facing balconies and terraces plus the convenience of being just a 10 min walk from the beautiful Meia Praia beach.

The villa can accommodate 8 people in comfort ideal for 2 families with two bathrooms & free WiFi.

On entering the villa you will find the large open plan living-dining room which leads into the spacious modern kitchen and out onto the large balcony where you can enjoy relaxing or dining. The balcony is also equipped with a BBQ if you wish to spend a leisurely evening at the villa.
Downstairs there are 2 double bedrooms (1 with en-suite bathroom), a family bathroom room and 2 twin bedrooms.
The villa is equipped with stand alone fans.
Outside there is a lovely private swimming pool to enjoy, equipped with 8 sunbeds to soak up the sun.
The pool measures 7m x 4m and has a depth of 3.5ft at the shallow end and 6ft at the deep end.
In the garage which can be accessed from inside the property you will also find a washing machine. Please note the villa is situated in a residential area and therefore there is a noise curfew of 11pm, we ask you to be considerate of your neighbours.
There is an access path to the side of the villa down to Meia Praia beach this will take approx 10 minute walk.
Less than 5 mins in the car will take you to the supermarket or Lagos Marina with its bars restaurants and boat trips.
This is however approx a 25 mins walk to the Marina/Supermarket. Lagos town is then a further 10 mins walk.
In addition the stunning Palmares golf club is just a 5 minute drive away if you fancy a round of golf by the ocean.
