It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and a traditional Béarnaise fireplace in the 50 m² living area with lounge, bar corner, and dining space. Families will find a baby cot and high chair available.



Outside, relax in the private 3,500 m² garden with unobstructed views of the Pyrenees. A private, uncovered terrace and barbecue invite you to dine outdoors. A ping-pong table is available in a covered area.



Three on-site parking spaces are provided. Pets are welcome. Parties are not allowed. The location offers easy access to the A64 motorway in 10 minutes and the A65 in 20 minutes. The house is about 1 hour from the Basque Coast, Landes Coast, inland Basque Country, Spain, and the Pyrenean valleys with ski resorts.



Bed linen is included, but towels are available for an extra fee. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an extra fee; if not used, you must leave the property clean. Electricity costs are payable for an extra fee at the end of your stay.
