Relax in this peaceful accommodation. The Seis Apartment is located on the Quinta da Vala estate, a small vacation park in the heart of the Algarve, just a fifteen-minute drive from the famous coastline and beaches. As you walk through the gates, you’ll be greeted by a sense of tranquility. The resort features six apartments, a large garden, and a communal pool. And if you’re lucky, the four stork nests on the property will be occupied!

The Accommodation
Apartment Seis is a fully renovated vacation home in the small Quinta da Vala vacation park. The apartment offers all modern comforts: a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and a comfortable double bed (160 x 200). There is also a bunk bed (90 x 200) for the children. The entire accommodations are equipped with air conditioning and offers plenty of storage space.


Outside, you can enjoy your own private porch with comfortable lounge chairs and a cozy dining area—perfect for a relaxing breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Quinta da Vala is a charming, small vacation park in the heart of the Algarve, just a fifteen-minute drive from the famous coastline and beaches. As soon as you drive through the gates, you’ll immediately feel a sense of tranquility. The property currently offers six apartments and will soon have camping sites as well. You’ll also find a swimming pool with lounge chairs, and if you’re lucky, the four stork nests on the grounds will be occupied!

THE PROPERTY
The vacation park is located in the countryside, surrounded by farms, orange groves, and vineyards. Behind the gates lies a large, lush garden with tall trees and expansive lawns. The apartments are situated side by side, each with its own veranda and a small front yard. A path with parking spaces separates this area from a larger part of the garden, where you’ll find the communal pool with lounge chairs, the reception desk, and the terrace.
Behind the garden lies a meadow with campsites, permanent safari tents, and the impressive stork nests.

LOCATION
Here you can enjoy peace and quiet while staying close to all the highlights of the Algarve. Quinta da Vala is located on the outskirts of Porches, a charming village known for its ceramics and pottery. The A22 highway exit is just a 7-minute drive away. Right next to the park is a rural nature reserve where you can spot storks as well as a variety of bird species.

Guest Access
The apartment and the veranda are completely private for guests. The other facilities are shared. The owners/managers live on the property but in a separate area.

Additional Important Information
Quinta da Vala is still under development. This means we are continuously working to improve the apartments, the property, and future amenities. Of course, we always take our guests’ stay and comfort into consideration. We live here ourselves as a family on the farm: Álvaro and Iris (the owners), our two sons aged 8 and 11, and our dog Max. Max roams freely on the property.
