VILLA LOUELLA is a contemporary villa in a quiet residential area of Carvoeiro and within a five minute walk of shops and restaurants, near the beach which is a ten minutes walk. Villa Louella is built to a high, contemporary specification and has very pleasant lawned gardens with automatic night time illumination. Private floodlit infinity pool, separate children's pool, pool heating available on request at an additional charge, decking, electric awning over the dining area, poolside barbecue. Four bedrooms with en-suite shower/bathrooms, full air-conditioning, games room. separate internet TV systems in living room and master bedroom with UK channels, the main TV also has sports package . TV's also to other bedrooms. Bluetooth music speaker, blu ray DVD player, free Wi-Fi. Utility/laundry room. The garden, which is automatically lit at night, is fenced and hedged all around and the entrance is via remote controlled electric gates. Alarm system and 24 hour protection. Maid service on Saturdays.

Three kingsize bedrooms with en-suite shower or bathrooms and one twin bedroom with family bathroom adjacent. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 have private balcony/terraces and bedrooms 3 and 4 have access directly to the poolside. The master bedroom has internet TV. Also TV's in other bedrooms. An additonal bed for a ninth person is available at an extra charge [see below]
The master bedroom en-suite has a walk in shower plus a large bath and twin vanity sinks.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have walk in en-suite shower rooms. The family bathroom has a full bath and shower. Guest cloakroom.

There is a large contemporary open plan kitchen with centre island that flows into the dining room all overlooking the swimming pool with access to the poolside decking and al fresco dining through a double bank of French windows. Electric cooker and hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, breakfast bar.
There is a utility room for clients use with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
The spacious living room has a private terrace overlooking the garden and pool, with French windows to steps to the barbecue and pool area. TV, blu-ray DVD and bluetooth speaker.
Externally the villa has large infinity private swimming pool plus separate children's pool (pool heating available). The pool and children's pool have the ambience of a spa with the surrounding decking. A large remote controlled awning is available to provide additional shade for either dining or relaxation. BBQ with sink. A number of terraces and relaxation areas from bedrooms and lounge. The villa is equipped with a full range of sunbeds, outside dining furniture and chairs for relaxation. Pleasant landscaped gardens which are lit and include lawn areas.

Villa Louella is a well furnished contemporary villa in walled and fenced gardens for privacy and security and is accessed through electric gates. The villa has a large heated infinity swimming pool and also a heated children's pool. This is surrounded by lawns and decking.
Carvoeiro is a picturesque fishing village with many shops and restaurants and everything you need for wonderful holiday . Car hire is not necessary as Villa Louella is only a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants and a great bakery / patisserie. There are many Watersports and Waterslide parks in the area and Slide and Splash, one of the best in Europe, is just 3 miles away.
Tennis, Golf, Deep sea fishing and boat trips can be arranged locally.
Towns of Historical interest are a short drive. ( Lagos , Silvas, Portimao and Alvor) are all worth a visit.

The weekly rental includes Air Conditioning/blow heating and WiFi.

Pool Heating £400 per week
Extra bed for 9th person £300 per week
Winter lets have free air-con and blow heating. If extra heating is required it is charged @ £150 per week.
Cots and Highchairs are available at £40 per cot per week and £20 per high chair.
A Stair gate is available and for health and safety reasons we ask guests to erect the stair gate themselves on arrival.
The changeover day is Saturday from April to the end of October.
