The Villa

Casa San Marco is a spacious and stylish five-bedroom villa near Carvoeiro, offering an excellent combination of privacy, generous living space and easy access to the Algarve's beaches, restaurants and golf courses.

Sleeping up to 10 guests, the villa is particularly well suited to larger families, groups of friends and multi-generational holidays.

The main living areas are bright and comfortable, while the villa's generous layout gives groups plenty of space to spend time together without feeling crowded.

Five bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, with a combination of king, queen and twin beds to suit families and groups travelling together.

All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, providing a comfortable retreat after warm Algarve days.

One of Casa San Marco's standout features is the additional lower-level living and entertainment area.

Alongside a separate kitchen, guests have access to a bar, pool table, games console, additional television and comfortable seating.

The second kitchen also includes its own fridge and dishwasher, making this area particularly useful for larger groups and relaxed poolside meals.

It gives the villa a valuable degree of flexibility: teenagers can have their own space, different generations can spread out, and groups can enjoy separate areas while still holidaying together.

The large private swimming pool is at the heart of Casa San Marco's outdoor space.

Casa San Marco is situated in a peaceful residential area on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, giving guests the advantage of a quieter setting while remaining within easy reach of the village and surrounding attractions.

A local mini-market, with fresh bread and everyday essentials, is within walking distance. There are also restaurants and cafés nearby, while larger supermarkets are approximately 5 minutes away by car.

The centre of Carvoeiro is less than 10 minutes away by car, offering a wide choice of restaurants, bars, shops and the popular village beach.

Taxis and Uber are readily available for guests who prefer not to drive.



Golf & Beaches

Golfers are particularly well positioned, with Gramacho and Pinta golf courses approximately 5 minutes away by car.

The surrounding coastline offers numerous beaches and coves to explore. Praia Grande in Ferragudo is approximately 10 minutes away by car, with golden sand and beach bars overlooking the water.

The wider Algarve also offers excellent opportunities for coastal walks, boat trips, water parks and day trips to towns and villages throughout the region.
