"Spa facilities is not recommended"

"This is a fabulous, beautiful residence and hotel with gorgeous rooms, helpful staff and history built in. The house and grounds are immaculate, the food is really fit for a King! I felt so well looked after here. Mount Abu is a fascinating destination too."

"Staffs are very rude..specially at the front desk area. Very slow on service, they need more staffs at this property to reach service area properly. Food also not up to the mark..very disappointed. "

"We stayed in the Family Deluxe Room as a group of 3 people, and it was spacious and comfortable. Customer service was amazing as my dietary needs were met at breakfast and other meals through customization. The room lighting was very low, and the staff response was slow. Considering the room quality, cleanliness, and service, I don’t feel the property is worth the price being charged. The only highlight was...
