"Les points très positifs sont les services proposés (produits de toilettes, linge, ménage et disponibilité pour répondre aux questions, … ainsi que le vin à l’arrivée), l’emplacement de l’appartement, la climatisation, la possibilité de stationner à l’intérieur et son jardin avec terrasse. Concernant l’appartement il est spacieux et l’équipement est suffisant, même si on peut regretter la petite taille du réfrigérateur et la douche un peu étroite."

"Das Ferienhaus liegt eigentlich fast direkt am Strand (50m). Vom Haus erreicht man fußläufig das Centro von Sirmione, Restaurants, Bars usw.. Wenn man in die historische Altstadt will, kann man die Fahrräder nehmen, die auch vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Insgesamt eine tolle ruhige Lage, ein nettes Haus mit super Ausstattung und Sirmione biete dazu noch italienischen Flair. Wir kommen wieder."

"Unser Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch. Alles war perfekt - von der Sauberkeit bis zur Ausstattung. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und nett, sie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unterstützt. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ebenfalls optimal, zum Einkaufen aber auch um in die Stadt zu kommen. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!"

"Poor!!! Kitchen the sink is leaking and the units are water damaged. Downstairs bedroom looks and feels like a storage room converted. Main bedroom shower does not have a wall fixing so couldn't be used. The quality of bedding throughout was poor lack of pillows. The main feature of property the top floor is not airconditioned and therefore locked off. Overall our impression was of a villa in decline. We paid a reasonable price for a poor quality villa so therefore considered it overpriced."

"Wow! What a wonderful villa, with an amazing, huge garden. The pool is huge, the rooms big and comfy (great, comfortable beds!). Clean, modern bathrooms, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and glasses...what more can I say! We didn't use any of the luxury services we could have ordered on top, but the communication with Novella was great. We would book again in a heatbeat!"

"First time in Italy and instantly fell in love with it and it’s wonderful people. Host and house were everything we hoped for and could not have been more helpful. "Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub hier, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut, er war wirklich sehr bemüht, auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche einzugehen und konnte unsere Wünsche erfüllen! Die Lage war für uns auch gut, es war sehr ruhig und der Garten mit Pool für die Kleinkinder und den Hund optimal. Sehr zu empfehlen!"

"Hallo! Der Urlaub und Aufenthalt war super, es war alles wie im Inserat beschrieben! Allerdings hätte ich erwartet, im Vorfeld über die große Baustelle nebenan informiert zu werden. Außerdem ist das fünfte Bett, eher eine Zustellliege und in der Nutzung wirklich sehr unbequem. Ansonsten, eine sehr gepflegte und saubere Anlage. Mit freundlichen Grüßen"

"Wir haben als Familie 2 Wochen Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, auch kleine Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs sind vorhanden, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Haus ist mit Liebe und viel Geschmack im regionalen Stil eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Alles funktioniert bestens - auch die Klimaanlage arbeitet perfekt. "We hadden een geweldige week in de villa."

"Local bonito, próximo à estação e uma boa acomodação. Chegamos às 21h45min à hospedagem sendo bem atendidos pela recepção. Perguntamos se havia algum local para comprar água e ele indicou o restaurante que ainda estava aberto. Enquanto eu fazia o check-in os outros foram ao restaurante, sendo muito mal atendidos pelo dono, que praticamente os expulsou sem deixá-los comprar a água. Eles chegaram a entrar e pegar a água mas ele não deixou que pagassem agindo de modo grosseiro."
