"What a place! I’m so glad we found this when searching for a place to stay when visiting Riva del Garda. 100% relaxing! We got a great reseption when arriving, perfect with the parking in the garage. Fresh fruit and cold water. The apartment was so perfect. Fresh and new, large bedroom. The sky pool is perfekt. Quiet and enough sunbeds for everyone. It takes about 15-20 min to walk by the lake to city centre, but you don’t have to, when there are shops and restaurants just around the corner....

"We spent a wonderful week at residence delle rose. We really liked the large swimming pool and contemporary surrounding area with sunbeds. The restaurant serves lovely food and is very convenient, as kids can play nearby whilst waiting for the food to arrive. Lovely and helpful staff. The surrounding are is beautiful - close to the lake, but not as busy."

"We were in Italy for a family holiday. I chose Malcesine for its proximity to hiking and biking - it was as I had hoped. I chose the villa for its location, authentic Italian charm and the view. "Apartment was lovely. Clean, wellSituated about 15 minutes walk from the town centre. The walk is nice, along the beach front. The private jetty is handy but not exclusively for the apartment. "Localizado em frente aos barcos que vai a outras cidades e aos bares noturnos, tem bom café da manhã, ótimo quarto com boa cama, banheira, funcionários corteses na recepção (não no restaurante). Fica em frente ao teleférico e a muitos pontos turísticos. Na frente tinha música ao vivo à noite ou televisões com jogos ( tênis ou futebol)."
