Atendimento super atencioso e simpático do recepcionista búlgaro, parabéns!"

"Mooi hotel. Zeer huiselijk."

"My stay was extremely disappointing. Even though I was inside my room while housekeeping was cleaning, I discovered two hours later that my earrings were missing. The hotel did absolutely nothing to help me. It was only my second day in Marbella, and I had to go to the police to report the incident. That same day, I repeatedly asked the staff to thoroughly search the room and help locate my belongings, but no real effort was made. I waited ten days for the hotel to conduct a proper...

"Good quality for the price. Really clean. Room has everything one needs. Location not the best but for the price it makes sense."

"The property was in an ideal location and the rooms were beautifully appointed. Camille, and the entire staff, went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. As it happened, my birthday fell on a day we were there and to our surprise, Camille had the chef in the kitchen bake a chocolate cake for me for my birthday as well as a nice bottle of wine. We celebrated….absolutely something we’ve never run into before. It was a lovely stay…the only two items I would give just a “C” rating...

"Café maravilhoso e muito bem atendido"

"This is an Anantara, so it rarely disappoints. But this was a special one. The team was absolutely fantastic, which made a beautiful and special place even better. On the risk of being unfair toamy others, but Carmen at the reception desk went above and beyond with kindness and exceptional service. We can say the same of José and Tiago at the valet department, the great Tony the concierge and Francisco and all his team on La Veranda restaurant."
