"Villa Lucia was very pretty and spacious. Communication was very good and they were super courteous. It is a more quiet neighborhood closer to Como but further from other areas such as Bellagio, etc. there are a few local restaurants nearby but no nearby groceries. Three bathrooms were very helpful, the terraces could have been a little more clean. Otherwise, I highly recommend. "

"My biases are that I love older architecture. I would guess that this villa is well over a 100 years old and they have maintained the character while modernizing the kitchen and bathrooms. The views are beautiful. It did have a few minor issues that I would expect with an older villa which in no way affected our stay"

"Marcello communicated very well with us. He was responsive and timely. The unit was clean and well appointed, with welcome wine, prosecco, waters, coffee, and kitchen supplies. The unit is newly updated with a fun design. Air conditioning worked very well, bathrooms are large. Great views of the lake."
