Soldino House In Laglio

In Laglio, at the historical center, less then 100 meters away from Villa Oleandra (G. Clooney's home) and from the Lake, in an old tenement house from the 18th century, gorgeous flat totally refurbished.
This lovey apartment, consisting of a lounge, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with bath tube. It's ideally suitable for two people, however we can arrange for a sofa bed to be included, should this be required. We are located exactly behind George Clooney's house, whom we are very proud to have as a resident in Laglio. It has situated on the ground floor and you are welcome to use our private garden overlooking the lake at any time, perhaps for a romantic dinner or breakfast enjoying the views of the lake and its lovely surroundings. During the day you can either sunbathe in the garden or on the beach, less then 100 meters away. There is a possibility to have an outdoor parking space. Laglio is a typical lakeside spot where many houses are reached by steps, ours being one of them. Laglio is a small village about 15 minutes' away from Como City. You can find a butcher, bakery, coffee bar, a few upmarket restaurants on the Lake itself. The next village is Carate Urio where there is a chemist, a bank and a newsagent. Lots of Villas to see, Villa Melzi in Bellagio, Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo, Villa Balbianello in Lenno, Villa Erba in Cernobbio, Villa Olmo in Como and for a nice evening out, Argegno and Menaggio. Numerous churches famous for their ancient history. Close to the Swiss boarder is Chiasso, Mendrisio, home of a famous outlet FoxTown and Lugano and Campione d'Italia with its Casino. 2/3 hours' drive are many ski resorts, Bormio, Livigno, St. Morits, Carì, S. Bernardino.
