"The property is excellent and very clean. It is roomier than it appears from the pictures. The bed is very comfortable and warm, just right for a good night's sleep after exploring Arran. The cottage is extremely well equipped and ideally located for the small village of Lamlash, a few minutes walk to a Coop supermarket, restaurants, hotels and cafes. "This property may have been okay for an overnight or maybe two but lacked a lot of the necessities needed for period of time. Shower was a challenge. Unable to communicate with the host do to a country cell phone difference. No WiFi, etc…"

"Lovely house and all the amenities that we wanted and lovely welcome pack, convenience location for what we needed only downside if you’re sleeping in the front two rooms in the summer with the windows open there’s a lot of noisy passing traffic right outside "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment had all we needed. It was really spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Showers were fantastic. Security was second to none as Donald Trump was staying next door the weekend we stayed! Was fun to watch his motorcade go by the end of the road. Even had drones flying over and reporters doing live broadcasts on the lawn on the front of the development. Will definitely be back but don’t think Donald will be here next time."

"We loved our stay at the Wee Silverburn! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Decorated so nicely, very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking wares and cleaning supplies. The babbling brook just beyond the lush garden plantings completed the lovely setting. The location is wonderful, an easy walk down the beach and other offerings at Whiting Bay. The bus stop is right there too if you want to pop to a pub or two in Lamlash for dinner and drinks....
