"The place was perfect for our family and will be staying again! The only thing I would change/update. Laundry soap is very perfumed and had to rewash towels and sheets d/t sensitivities. No big deal just had to rewash so we didn’t have issues. The description said we had access to the boat house but the check in instructions didn’t specify anything. I asked and really only had access to half of the boathouse which worked out but I would have planned a little differently had I known we...

We had no issues except that the fridge did not seem to hold it's coldness, but when I informed host, she sent out maintenance right away & actually came down herself & rectified the problem. "This is our 4th time staying at this cottage and our 7th year staying at Indian Lake. We love this cottage because we are able to bring our goldendoodle with us. Large enough for our family of 5 plus the pup. We rent a pontoon from Spend a day Marina, fish, boat, tube and kayak on the lake. Love evenings at the dock with a fire and the cotton candy sunset views from the dock. Thank you to the Ferbus family for hosting us year after year. "

We didnt realize that listed in the ammmentities said local laundromat and that meant no laundry in the home.The location was a close walk to the marina but not a place that you can enjoy the lake without driving.Overall we had a very nice time."
