Welcome to the heart of Tyrol's Ötztal Valley! Surrounded by majestic mountains and crisp Alpine air, our house awaits you – the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in a family atmosphere. Our cozy apartments combine traditional Tyrolean charm with modern comfort. High-quality furniture made from local wood creates a welcoming ambiance, while the tiled stove in each apartment provides cozy warmth, especially on cooler days.

A particular highlight is our spacious 300 m² wellness area, perfect for unwinding after an active day in the mountains. Swim laps in the indoor pool, enjoy the soothing warmth of our various saunas, or simply relax on comfortable loungers and waterbeds.

Thanks to its central location in the Ötztal Valley, our house is the perfect starting point for hikes, bike tours, and unforgettable nature experiences in the summer, as well as for skiing in the region's renowned ski resorts in the winter.

Indoor swimming pool with counter-current system, massage jets, and waterfall (daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.)

Wellness area with sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin (daily from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.)

Fully equipped kitchens with complete crockery and cooking utensils

Bed linen set including 2 towels: €18.50 per person

Sauna towel: €5.00 per person

Towel change: €2.50 per towel
