"We had the most pleasant stay at Navatara. The staff was extremely thoughtful, kind and attentive. The rooms were very spacious, super clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Very nice and clean pool - plenty of space. They even prepared us a breakfast box on the day we went on the tour. We would love to come back when in Phuket again. "Great experience overall. The Rawai area was excellent with lots to do in close proximity to the location of this place. Many decent restaurants within walking distance and the local market was very close. There was a really nice beach on the east coast within a 15 minute walk as well. The units were well maintained with nice little touches like free water, snacks, coffees/teas, etc. The pools were nice and the property was well secured. "Great location o the beach. Many restaurants and shopping options Is an apartment style location so no real lobby. I was expecting a typical hotel so check in was a bit challenging but the staff were helpful "

"Lovely, charming hotel with lovely garden and pool. Off the busy main road, down a short side road. The hotel feels like a relaxing Oasis in a busy part of Phuket. A firm mattress which wasnt great for my back. A short walk along a busy main road (or short taxi ride £2) to the main high street, where there are plenty of restaurants etc. The beach is lovely although busy with the local longboats providing local boat trips. "

"Property is excellent, good facilities and comfortable bed. Could possibly do with good maintenance and shower drain water is blocked / slow moving and broken toilet seat. Staff are friendly and polite but on the day there was no power in the resort, we were offered only 1 alternative i.e. transport to the nearest beach which we didn't intend to go. Children play area is nearby but limited. Cleaning only once during the 2 weeks of our stay. Overall great place to stay with children, great pool...
