"What a beautiful resort! Kaleb was our host checking in. Very professional and friendly. There was a small issue with our room, but it was quickly rectified beyond our expectations. The rooms were immaculate, spacious and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous with giant iguanas running around. We dined at the restaurant. "WORST STAY IN BELIZE
Terrible stay, dirty, they didn't clean our room one day, they didn't let us know that the hotel restaurant would be closed and we had no option for breakfast or dinner. The shower in the room was either too hot or too cold, terrible for taking a shower. To top it all off, when we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the reception and it was ONE PM on a Saturday afternoon.
